Using this with a USB hub, I had a thumb drive, keyboard, and mouse attached to a small Windows tablet. All three worked fine. Was also able to use this in a similar setup with an Android tablet. These little cables do their job.

Cheap and thoroughly functional

Plugged it into my Samsung Galaxy S4, then added a thumb drive, and file directory on the the USB drive popped up immediately. Then tried a powered desktop USB hard drive with same results. Test video on thumb drive played flawlessly without lag or stutter to my Chromecast Haven't tried a keyboard, board or other miscellaneous device yet, but have every reason to believe it will work fine. Time will tell if the adapter is durable. If you use a relatively new Samsung phone, they are known to be perhaps the best compatibility with O.T.G. devices such as this. Very pleased so far.

Awesome product and it works great!

If you have a Fire TV Cube this is what you need to connect a USB hub so you can utilize flash drives, SSD's, Hard drives, USB Ethernet and even a Bluetooth keyboard. This product works great and this was just what I needed for my Fire TV Cube! Do not buy a regular cable, it will not work. You have to use a USB OTG cable which this is. Buy it, you won't go wrong!

Pefect OTG Cable for the DJI Spark RC and iPhone.

These OTG Cables are great. Well made and a very good price. I bought these to use with my DJI Spark RC as a direct connection to my iPhone 7 Plus and THEY WORK perfectly. For any DJI Spark users that want to use their RC with a Cable instead of WiFi these are the cables that work, so many others DO NOT! BTW, there is a sequence that must be followed in order for any OTG cable to work with the Spark RC. Here is what I use: OGT Cable Set up on Spark Remote Make sure you’ve paired the RC to the Spark via WiFi First. It must be paired or the first time for the OTG Cable setup to work. Turn off WiFi and turn on Airplane Mode 1) switch on remote (nothing plugged in) 2) switch on spark 3) Wait for green light on controller 4) switch on ipad/iphone 5)open up DJI Go4 App you will have a grey screen. 6) plug in lightning cable to ipad/iphone 7) plug in usb end of lightning into the otg cable 8) plug otg cable into remote 9) pad/controller will make a sound to make connection 10) You'll get the "This accessory may be etc, etc" HIT dismiss 11) Camera view pops up. Now you are ready to go.

A Much Needed Tool, IMO -Updated

I ordered these back in mid March 2017, but I wanted to give the most accurate review possible. I have used these for my phone to connect with my printer mostly, and 1 time for downloading software to a USB drive. I'm so pleased!! A few of the reasons why I like it so much: 1. I can now print directly with my smart phone. I'm constantly needing schematics or equipment manuals, so instead of going to fetch my laptop to hook it to the printer, I keep 1 of these cables with the printer and print off my phone! (I use the printershare app) 2. I always have my phone. Smart phones are the most versatile "computers" we use, so it makes sense to keep a cable with me at all times too, making my phone even more powerful or productive. 3. I now have a 3rd way of extending phone memory. I have a micro SD card in the phone, I use the "cloud", the 3rd being an external drive or USB memory card with the use of these cables. 4. The cables seem to be good quality, making it an even better buy than I initially expected. The phone I currently use is the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, just to give an insight on what platform I'm using. I would most definitely recommend these cables to anyone who uses their phone as a mini PC. I bought this from the seller "Ugreen Group Limited", but fulfilled by Amazon, which I feel is important to list this info. I've come across sellers with variances in their items, including knockoffs, even if listed as same brand. I'll post an update with a durability review. ***UPDATE*** 12-14-18 It's been over a year and a half, this little adapter is still going strong. Always makes a good connection so far. My main reason for using it, is still for printing from my phone. It's just so convenient instead of having to setup my laptop. I'm more often on my phone, as I would think most people are. I'll print directly from my phone browser or I'll download an image and print. I use PrinterShare app on my phone, which I've been using on my phone for years. I'm able to change orientation, margins, or any other printer options normally found on a PC, right before printing. I'm often printing wiring schematics for vehicles or equipment... or shipping labels, like for part returns. I'm glad I purchased this. I haven't even used the 2nd one that came in the set yet. Well worth the purchase. I'll update again...

These were great to connect my cordless Logitch K400 Keyboard to my Tablet and Phone.

These are durable looking little cords. I have not put them thru the wringer yet, but make an excellent way to adapt my larger USB Cordless Keyboard (USB-C unifying adapter) to connect to my phone and tablet. I like using the short cord to connect the USB adapter as it has some give to it. I thought it might be annoying flopping around, but the flop is actually helpful. I think a direct adapter might provide an opportunity to harm the micro USB socket if the tablet tips over or otherwise gets bumped or jostled while the adapter is in. The cord (4 inch or so) provides some cushioning effect. Works great.

Easy connection

I bought these to connect a thumb drive to my cell phone and tablet. The tablet uses Android 4.2.2 and the cell phone uses Android 6.0.1. When I connected my thumb drive, both devices recognized it immediately. The operating system sees it in the same manner as an SD card. I can easily move files to and from my phone or tablet. If this is what you want to do, then these cables will do it effortlessly. I would definitely recommend these cables to anyone. They also appear to be well made and come at a very reasonable price. Satisfied customer.

You will no longer need to remove your Samsung S7 Edge's jacket to use a USB connector!

As mentioned in the headliner, I was tired of having to remove the protective covering/aka/protective jacket *call it what you willI guess* in order to use the small, stubby, white USB connector that Samsung includes in its original packaging w-its smartphones. Don't get me wrong, I am grateful for rec'g the original OEM-packaged USB that comes with the phone. The caveat with that comes at a price: do you want to use the aforementioned connector so you can plug in your other USB flash drives(for example) to share or view pictures, or what if you use that USB flash drive for security-related reasons? No matter the reason, you'll be removing the phone's jacket...leaving it vulnerable to getting broken...whether it be falling off the table after it rings, vibrates, or merely drops out of your hands. Heh, yes. I know, as this kind of crapola has happened to me: just enough to where I knew I needed some sort of longer-type cables that could do the same thing, and WITHOUT the need to take off my phone cover. Get it? So far, so good! I received the two(2) black cables w-UGREEN on both the USB and micro sides. I will 'try' to include a picture or two of the product(s) after submitting this review. The USB connector cables work exactly as advertised and are exactly what I was looking for. As of the writing of this review, I could not be more pleased. I am able to use all my USB drives with both cables. As mentioned earlier, I bought these cables specifically for my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

Great!

A few weeks ago, I got a wired external keyboard for my daughters tablet. At the time, it didn’t occur to me that the plug on the keyboard was a USB plug and there was no port on the tablet for that. I went in search of an adapter, and I decided to buy this Ugreen one (bonus that it’s a 2 pack).. The keyboard’s USB plug (male) plugs into the female USB port on this adapter. Then the male micro B plug of the adapter plugs right into her tablet. It really is that simple! She can now prop her tablet up on a tablet stand and set the keyboard right in front of her. The cable is approximately 6” long, which allows her the flexibility to set the keyboard in a comfortable position without having a lot of extra cable to get tangled or caught on something. I haven’t tried the adapter for other purposes, but it works perfectly as I described. I’m really glad I found this and am happy with my purchase. This was a personal purchase for which I paid full price.

They have worked smoothly and reliably. These are good cables, especially for the money.

My husband has a voice recorder that is made to look like a USB flash drive. To listen to and copy the files, it had to be plugged into the computer via the USB port, then emailed or 'Dropbox'ed to his phone or another person. He wanted something to be able to plug it directly into his phone to save several steps in getting the files onto his phone. I was happy to find this adapter 2 pack at a good price. There are no apps or other files to download to use it. He simply plugs it into his phone and the recorder then he can download the files directly to his phone. They have worked smoothly and reliably. These are good cables, especially for the money.
