My 2016 RAM came with the cabin air door installed on the blower which is a change to start putting the door and filter as standard on the 2017 models. This filter fit my RAM perfectly. It takes a little work to get the filter in but I'll only check out about every 30K miles.

Perfect fit in my 2016 Ram 1500 truck. I recommend this filter for fresh air and clean vents. Easy install and washable. Unlike other K&N engine filters, this one doesn't rely on oil to trap particles. No oily smell.

Fits Ram 1500 2015

Must have to protect your evaporator in Ram 1500 2015 since factory didn't install one. Sides into opening, but you have to purchase the access door too.

Use this filter for 2010 - 2015 Ram Trucks

I used this in my 2014 Ram 1500. Late model Rams don't come with a cabin air filter, but this part number fits perfectly. You will need to cut your own hole for the filter behind the glove box and then purchase a cover from the dealer ($13). As for the filter ...it is awesome!!! I travel across west TX past many cattle feed yards and oil fields. Before this filter, I used to smell cows and oil fumes the whole trip. With this filter I don't smell a thing!

believe me i wasnt happy. But thats not K&Ns fault

Put it in my ram 1500, just the morons over at mopar didnt give a slot for a cabin airfilter but gave the space for you to cut one out. So i had to take a box knife on my new $50,000 truck to make one...believe me i wasnt happy. But thats not K&Ns fault. Filter works great. I like K&Ns products and run them in my car truck and bike.

2016 Ram 1500

Installed into a 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn. The Ram already had the door mounted from the factory, but no filter. I liked the idea of a reusable design, so I purchased this filter. Fit perfect. Beware of different sizes, so make sure you get the correct one for your application. We also have a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I pulled that filter out to compare. Totally different in size. I also bought the cleaning kit.

Fits 2017 Ram 3500

Bought for our 2017 Ram 3500 truck. I have had the truck for 5 months and was shocked at how dirty the cabin filter was already. Looked into replacement filters and came across the K&N option. Installation takes less than 5 minutes if your truck already has the factory filter door. Removed glove box, removed cabin filter snap-on door, pulled out dirty OEM filter, replaced with K&N filter, snapped door back on, replaced glovebox and good-to-go. Filter fit nice and snug in the slot and right up against the door. I also bought the "refresher" kit (Part #99-6000) for the next time I pull it out to clean the filter. At the cost of the OEM replacement filters it won't be too long before the K&N pays for itself in savings. Filter has 10 year warranty. Identical to the air intake filters K&N has been making for many years.

Fantastic product

After purchasing my truck I soon realized that the previous owner was a smoker. Even after thoroughly cleaning and vacuuming the truck the Reminence of the putrid smell remained. I tried using a common cotton cabin filter which change nothing. After putting this charged filter in its place I could almost immediately notice a difference. It’s definitely worth the extra money

Fits better than factory cabin filter

Good price for a washable lifetime cabin air filter. This fits a lot better than the factory filter in my Ram 1500. It didn't require any fighting to put this filter in like the factory one, it just slid right in to place.
