much better than I expected. Handle soldering joints are impeccable, finish is even and smooth, and the feel is heavy. Very high quality pieces. The copper shot measure here are the perfect mugs for Moscow Mules, Captain's, is very nice as well, though I may never use it. These are the perfect mugs for Moscow Mules, Captain's Mules, or any other variants that you may want! My mugs are all marked A29 on their bottom -- if yours are not, you are not reviewing the same product. Beware imitations, and go with the best!

and have enjoyed them very much

I recently purchased these, and have enjoyed them very much. Being 100% copper, they require a bit more care than a lined or coated material. Hand wash shortly after using and dry them thoroughly by hand. I made the mistake of letting water dry on them by evaporation and there was some corrosion. It was easily removed by a copper polish, but this was my mistake, not that of the manufacturer or product. This is a normal part of owning something made of pure copper. Anyway, nice product

Pure gold, err copper

These are the real deal, solid copper and the perfect size. Quality product. Get the solid copper tree, about $11, when it comes back in stock. Never seen a jigger, included, quite so large, but it works for the size of the mug to make a great drink.

Really Great Product!

We love our new Moscow Mule cups! We had bought some from another vendor (not through Amazon) and they did not come with all of the extras such as copper straws and a copper jigger. All these little extras were terrific additions to an excellent product!

Excellent choice of wanting the perfect Moscow Mule Mug!

After researching several options of Moscow Mule copper mugs, I decided to purchase this A29 set. I’m very happy I did. Many I have seen in the stores are scuffed and scratched. These are beautiful and free of any blemishes in the copper. For safety/health reasons, I did not want mugs that were lined with copper on the inside and these are not. They keep your drink so chilled and cold. I definitely noticed a difference in the temperature of the drink using these. 5 stars, going to order another set!

Allergic Reaction

I purchased 2 sets of MULE Copper Mugs mid September from the Amazon website. I gave one away as a gift and I kept the other one for myself. I am returning one set due to unbeknown to me I apparently have an allergy to copper. The first week as I starting using the copper mug and straw, my lips were burning and itching. Week two I started using a regular plastic straw, as the itching and burning subsided. As my lips started to feel better, the mug started to tarnish with each use, and though I only drink water from the mug, i began to taste and smell metal while drinking. Also it developed a frosted coating on one side of the mug which, would not come clean with soap and water. I found another method of cleaning online which was salt and a lemon and the tarnished portion restored to it's original state, but the frosted coating did not. Although beautiful right out of the box, copper vessels are just not for me.

These copper mugs arrived quicker than we expected and we have been enjoying the most amazing mules in them ever since! There's just nothing quite like a good mule in a copper mug. These are beautifully crafted and the perfect size for our different mule recipes. We will be using these for years to come!

Better Quality Than the Boyfriend

My daughter bought these for her then boyfriend, who is now history. The mugs were much better than he was and have lasted much longer too.

Love these. They make the mule special. And there's nothing like a frosty mule on a hot and humid day. And when someone leaves the lime in too long, I rub a little copper cleaner on the inside to remove the dark spot, and they shine like new. I bought a copper mug rack to hang these, and they sparkle on the bar.
