Love them BUT...I should have listened to the first review

I should have listened to the first review; however, with my trip being so close I was nervous and went up one size. I figured that even if they were a little loose it would be ok because the waistband would prob offer a stronger support and they'd stay put. However, the waistband on these is made out of something similar to a swimsuit except not nearly as thick and very stretchy and silky so it offers no gripping or support to hold the shorts up. Standing in them and they feel like they are going to fall and anything more than a very slow walk around my house and they do start slipping down. Def not going to work out for my beach trip in two days. If you're trying to decide on a size I'd suggest ordering your normal size. I'm 37 and do not have a teen body anymore and should have ordered a medium. I'm 5'3, 153lbs and carry a lot of my weight in my stomach, hips, and thighs and the large was definitely too big. I do like the style, the material, and how they look on me so I will be returning these to get a medium but sadly I just wont be wearing them for this trip. *UPDATE* Recieved the medium and got these in the peacock blue, they are a very pretty color and they fit perfectly! Didnt get them in time for the beach but I wore them all day while mowing the grass (have just under an acre of land) and doing some gardening. They are so incredibly comfortable! The material is light, breathable, and barely feels like you're wearing anything lol. Now with the appropriate size I didnt feel like the shorts were going to fall down at all even though the band doesnt have the gripping effect you feel with draw strings or an elastic band. I was a bit worried about this but not an issue at all. Will be buying more colors! Love them!

Great fit!

I tried many different boardshorts but they all didn’t fit right especially with my “c-section shelf”. These have a roll down waistband and are actually comfortable. I’m 5’3 145lbs and ordered a medium for reference.

Can I just wear these forever?

So comfortable!! I wanted something light weight to sleep in and these totally fit the bill. Ordered size small: the waist fits well and there is plenty of room in the legs that they don't hug my thighs (which I hate). I may never take them off.

Super Comfortable

I love these! I am 5' 8.5" and wear a size 10 in jeans. The top part that folds down does remind me a bit of a maternity style - super comfortable. I bought a Large and it fits great and so far it seems to stay up. Wasn't too snug in the booty area. These are more of a running short material on the bottom as opposed to a swimsuit stretch material so it would dry pretty quick.

Love but runs a bit large

It’s great. I have several of these but the jump from small to medium is a lot. I’m in between unfortunately. Small is better. Medium is close to falling down

Comfortable, but a tad loose

These fit great, but they are slightly looser than I'd like for swimming shorts. Comfortable, not constricting.

These shorts are so comfortable. Good for swimming or judt wearing casual

Super lightweight and comfortable

These are perfect for working out or wearing to the beach or pool. They dry quickly and are so comfortable! What I especially like is the leg opening and that it isn't tight around my thighs.

Great pair of shorts

These shorts are great for a comfy fit. They stretch and I use for casual wear or can just jump in the pool with them on. I ended up buying them in 3 colors.
