It works!
Excellent stuff! I’ve purchased other brands in the past, and had rather poor results, but this stuff works. Are used it on Frye harness boots, and they didn’t discolor the leather, nor did it change the texture of the surface - I was afraid it might, but it’s still perfect. I used this in conjunction with a stretching tool, spraying inside and out. It only took about 20 minutes.

I made my dressage boots CUSTOM!!!!!
I purchased a $800 pair of dressage riding boots last fall and lightly broke them in and then put them away for the winter. During winter, something funny happened...I got fat! I gained 5, ok fine, 7lbs and on my small frame it made a huge difference (insert sad, pissed off face here). Suddenly, when I went to try the boots on again since I have a horse show in 2 weeks, I could hardly zip them! They hurt/pinched in about 3 places and when I forced them to zip up, it felt like a tourniquet on my leg. I got a little panicked because of that non-refundable $500 entry fee I had paid and starting looking at boot stretching products. I purchased this one for no better reason than I liked the no nonsense video and the price was right. I was worried about spraying my high end boots but had little to lose at this point, plus the guy in the video seemed pretty confident. I sprayed inside and outside of both boots in the problems areas, then immediately put them on and wore them for about 30 minutes. I did spray a bit on the outside after 15 minutes. Suddenly, the right one felt better and soon the left one did too. I wore them a bit more for insurance and put them away. The next morning, I approached them with trepidation, hoping the leather wasn't ruined or they didn't shrink back up again. Thankfully the leather was fine but the fit was PERFECT!!!!! Can you say custom boots?? Whoo hoo! Easy to zip, easy to wear, perfect, perfect fit! Thank you for a terrific product!!! (NOTE: for you dressage riders out there, I DID NOT spray this on the hardened outside shaft of the boot AT ALL as I wanted that to remain stiff as a board. This product will soften leather and you sure don't want that. Unless you do want that. Then do whatever you want. :)

A lifesaver for those of us with big feet
This does exactly what it is supposed to. If you have pumps with a synthetic lining, spray the outside.

Stretched both calf and foot on tall leather boots
I was incredibly skeptical about this product. I have massive calves and wide feet and purchased a pair of knee-high Bed Stu’s that were incredibly tight in both areas. The boots would barely zip over my calves (it took a lot of effort to get that zipper up), and the foot portion quickly cut off circulation to my toes upon wearing. I soaked inside and out with this spray (it took about half the bottle for both boots together) and wore them around the house for under an hour. Not only did the foot loosen up, the calves stretched probably about an inch in circumference each. I was pleased to see the next morning that they did not shrink when the spray eventually dried - they kept their new size. If you have huge calves and struggle with tall boots, try this. It opened a whole new set of possibilities for me! One con: the smell was strong. It went away quickly with ventilation, but it was pretty potent at first.

The best!
So I bought a super nice pair of cowboy boots on clearance before Christmas. They were a 200$ pair of boots for 50$. They were too narrow but the length was spot on and for that price, I figured I will try to stretch them out and if I cant then I will sell them for more than I paid. When I got them on Christmas I was just able to get my feet into them, and they hurt like a b****!!! I tried the old alcohol spray method and it helped a little bit but not enough. I soaked them in the tub with my feet in them and that actually made them worse, go figure. Then I found this spray. The minute it arrived I threw the boots on, sprayed them down, and put my feet in with 2 pairs of socks on. About 2 hours later they were dry and my feet fit PERFECTLY!!! These are by far the best fitting boots I have ever owned and that is thanks to this product. I had to continually spray down the tight spots throughout that 2-hour span as it dried. This kept the boot wet and stretching, but I am a few weeks into wearing them and they have not shrunk back up so I am calling them good.

So far i have stretched a few pairs of shoes ...
So far i have stretched a few pairs of shoes, one without spraying and 2 after spraying. The spray did really make the material far more supple and reduced the stretch time.

A MUST HAVE!
I make purchases frequently from Amazon. Most of the time, I am extremely pleased with the purchases; but I rarely leave comments. This time I ABSOLUTELY HAD TOO! This product is amazing and if you hate to wear new shoes because they are uncomfortable, then this is your product! I recently purchased a pair of UGG leather dress riders. These boots are sexy and look great but the leather was so stiff that it hurt my ankles, so much that my legs would be sore the next day. I had planned to send the boots back because I could not endure the pain in my legs. Well I received the product on Monday, sprayed the boots that evening and wore the boots all day Tuesday. Never have a seen a product that claims to work well really do. This is a must have if you have uncomfortable shoes, boots, sandals, slippers WHATEVER! I am planning to buy bottles to include in my Christmas goodie bags. I hope this post was helpful!

Amazing stuff!
This stuff is truly amazing!!! I bought a pair of Doc Martens which are notoriously hard to break in. Decided to try this first and am so glad I did. I cut an old wash cloth in half and sprayed until wet. Then sprayed the inside of the boot until saturated where it needed stretching. Put each half of cloth on top of a shoe stretcher and slid into boots. Twisted stretcher to max and left in for 2 days until completely dry. After removing the stretcher, one boot still felt tight so I repeated the process. Both boots now feel perfect and there was very little break in period after that. I love this stuff! My last pair of Docs took several months to feel totally comfortable. Some other reviews mentioned the liquid ruined the shoe color. My boots are black and I didn’t have any color issues after using.

Best liquid streched with no staining!
This product is great and really works. I have used it on several pairs of Men's Clarks, Ecco and Florsheim leather shoes and not had any staining or any issues at all. Every time I purchase men's shoes I always have problems with the right shoe being too tight in the width. I have used this Foot Matters shoe stretch in two different ways. On a couple of my shoes that were only slightly tight I followed the directions and applied it directly on the area of the shoe and worn them immediately. The leather stretched enough for them to be comfortable. On some other shoes that method was not enough so I used a wood shoe stretcher that I purchased here on Amazon and installed the shoe stretcher then applied this stretching liquid and tightened up the wood stretcher slightly. Applied a second coat of liquid and then let them sit for 24 hours and that worked perfectly.
