Delicious for turkey & chicken
I used this to brine three eight lb boneless turkey breasts before smoking them. They were the best turkey I or anyone in my family has ever had. Update: have used to brine chicken breasts to grill and wow this is the moistest most perfect chicken. Highly recommended. Update 2: used on a whole turkey and it turned out perfectly. For the whole bird, I brined for 48 hours while the turkey was thawing. Kept the turkey and brine in a cooler on my back deck and added ice periodically. As long as there was ice floating in the brine, I knew the temperature was low enough to be food safe. The turkey turned out beautifully and the meat was incredibly moist without tasting salty.

Great brine!
One of the best brines I've used. I prided myself in making my own tasty brines, but with this, it's so much easier. Works great for turkeys, chickens, and pork chops/loins.

This is one of our favorite brines for meats
This is one of our favorite brines for meats. Not just turkey. My husband actually uses it for pork as well. Makes a wonderful tasting meat.

Thumbs up! Delicious!
Most people use this for turkey, but we use it for roasting our large chickens. The breast meat is so moist and has a delicious flavor. I never ate the white mean until we started using this product. I have baked the chicken in the conventional oven, the rotisserie, and a convection oven with a roasting bag and it comes out tender each time. Thumbs up!

Worth the money!
Wow, great product! I was a little hesitant to pay this much for brine instead of just mixing my own but am glad I did. I deep fried a 19.72 pound turkey in my indoor fryer and it turned out great. I thawed it for 4 days in the fridge then brined in bag inside my RTIC 40 quart soft cooler for 24 hours and man was it good!

This is AMAZING - we love it
This is AMAZING - we love it! We first bought it at Costco, but then they sold out and did not get anymore in. I was so happy to see it on Amazon. As a salted brine, I know it has a long shelf life, so we bought 6 of these for our long term food storage because I don't want to be without it. We brine turkey breast, then put it in our smoker - So, SO good.

Best Chicken you EVER had!!
Used this brine for 24 hours on a 5.5 roaster chicken and then I've tried cooking it in my nuwave and my brown in bag in the oven. Cook breast down. This turns out incredible. So juicy that even though I slightly overcooked the chicken, still the breast just oozes juice when you cut into it. This really is the best brine by far that I have ever tried. For chicken just make sure to cut the recipe down by 1/4.

Buy extra, its that good!
Amazing flavor. Normally get at Costco, but they only carry around Thanksgiving, and sell out quick. After using this brine on turkey, we stuffed the cavity with similar ingredients, orange wedges, onion, garlic, rosemary sprigs, vanilla bean. Then smoked the Turkey, low and alow. Oh, man. So good. Buy extra, has a decent shelf life!!

Delicious turkey!
I usually use a brine from Williams & Sonoma, but tried this instead. My turkey came out delicious, I think it's comparable to what I used to use, and much cheaper, esp. with subscribe and save. I am very happy with this product.
