Perfect for counter-tops

Great wine cooler; holds standard bottles just fine

I really like this wine cooler (but I did get a used; like new for a significant discount). The 2 main issues people seem to have with this unit are the size of the bottles it will hold and the fact that the door has to be completely opened to pull out the racks. First, this cooler will fit a standard wine bottle i.e. 12”. My Opus, Ridge, Penfold all fit fine (Yes, it holds twelve bottles). Just to be clear. PLEASE DON’T BUY THIS COOLER IF YOUR BOTTLES ARE OVER 12” TALL. There, that takes care of most of the negative reviews :) Actually, a taller bottle will fit, just don’t expect it to hold 12 of them. Secondly, the door does have to be opened almost 180 degrees for the shelves to be pulled out (more like 140). Since neither one of these issues affect me, I think it’s a great wine cooler. Looks very high end with the glass door and touch temperature pad. And finally, unless you’re keeping it in your bedroom, I can’t believe noise would be an issue. I sat it up on the kitchen countertop and from more than 5’ away, I don’t hear anything. All in all, very impressed.

Attractive and quiet wine cooler

Very attractive and quiet unit. It does not hold longer bottles unless you angle them, this was acknowledged in their info. I use the top shelf for that. The door must be opened all the way or the shelves will not be able to be pulled out. Again this was stated in another review. All in all I'm very happy with this unit.
