Best Quickbook Check Envelopes!

I was skeptical about the quality and size. My company ordered #8 security gummed envelopes from Quill.com (product #75041). The pricing compared to Quill is similar for a box of 500 (37.50 amazon vs. 41.99 quill) and I trusted the positive reviews, so I placed the order. The order arrived in a timely period. The paper quality is surprisingly good! The envelope size is a few millimeters longer than what we are using, that makes inserting checks so much easier but the check doesn't move inside envelope. The sizes of windows are perfect; no need to readjust the alignments. We process all checks and paychecks by Quickbooks. Plus!, no more "licky"!, just peel and seal. Best value I found. Note, I found many reviews complain about the fitting. This #8 is for Quickbooks checks only, not for invoices, nor hand written checks. #10 envelope is the way to go for Quickbooks invoices.

Excellent check envelopes!

Fast delivery - Excellent envelopes - Perfect for Quickbooks laser multi-purpose checks (8 1/2 x 11, 3 part, 'Check on top' pages). Our company goes through a box of these every 2 months and we have found the quality consistently great. The adhesive is strong and there's no visibility of the inside. Windows are good-sized for QB checks - (if slightly off, change the alignment default a few degrees during QB check-printing.) The pull-tabs can get a bit annoying rolling up and getting static-y, but my system of stuffing a large batch of checks first, then doing all the sealing at once, makes it go very quickly. Then I scoop up the big pile of pull-tabs to toss.

Great product! I've been buying these for a little over a year. Easy to seal without having to use a sponge. And can be used with Yardi Genesis 2 with a little formatting on the custom check field.

Better Fit Than Standard #8s

Our business uses Intuit (QB) and have our blank check templates ordered through our bank. It fits the printed checks perfectly and the seal is very strong. When compared to the standard #8 security check envelopes the decision of which is a better option is clear. The window placements match up perfectly and don't allow additional information to peek through. Not only that, but the cost is cheaper per envelope than what was offered at stores ie. Office Depot. Will definitely be coming here to order more after we run out.

Windows positioned perfectly for both return and delivery addresses.

Excellent quality. The windows are positioned properly and a return address of 3 or 4 lines will display properly. Some window envelopes I've purchased here cannot display a 4 line address. Paper quality is good, checks do not bleed through, and the self seal strip covers the entire flap. This is a good peel and stick envelope. I use it for print standard size laser compatible business checks. It's compatible with Quicken. I'll definitely be re-ordering.

These envelopes fit our 3-part checks that we use with QuickBooks perfectly. The checks fit in tightly; so if I have to add a regular sheet of paper, I have to fold the paper several times. The return address and address for the recipient show perfectly. Envelopes we used previously cost more and would show the memo line on the checks which was not good. This is my 2nd order of these envelopes. They have changed. They are thinner and the pull-off over the adhesive actually feels a little cheaper; however, the glue holds better. If you seal one of these envelopes, you won't be able to open it and reseal it which also means no one else can do it either.

I am so happy that I fount these envelopes that fits my QuickBooks checks perfectly, I was looking all over to find the envelope that will to the job and this is it, my business name is showing up in perfect position in top window and payees name are in perfect position in bottom window that all you can see all other information are covered the security tint is so professional and block to see whats inside I personal tried it on light and I must tell you it works great, another great feature is the self sealing of it that is so strong that make feeling comfortable and safe to mail checks in it this is even better then intuit envelopes itself.

These are the specific sized for checks with the bottom third removed. These are not for mailing 8 1/2 X 11 trifolds.

We use the 3 part ledger checks in Quickbooks where you tear off the bottom 3rd and fold the top 2 parts for mailing. The standard #10 window envelops do not align the return address and the recipient address in the windows properly but these are perfect! The bottom 3rd of the quickbooks checks are the larges part (don't ask why - it is Intuit)

We have had trouble finding double window envelopes that are just right for our checks...and these are it! These are the perfect size. They keep the check in place while only allowing the mailing address to be seen without displaying any other information (such as dollar amounts or the memo line). I plan to purchase these again.

Love these envelopes!

I really like these envelopes! We use Quickbooks and the checks fit in them perfectly. My account numbers on the memo line do not show up in the window. I really like that since they showed thru the window with the envelopes that I purchased at a major office supply store. I don't like my account numbers out there for everyone to see who handles the envelopes. You can't see thru these envelopes, thick, secure and the flaps close tightly. I'll definitely purchase again!
