Love this little thing
Love this little thing. I own a 1999 Volvo V70 (which is currently in the shop :( and not well) that has a tape deck. So I use a cassette tape to aux cable, then the aux cable to this. This is my first Aukey product and I bought it because it met a few of my criteria. The first is it has to be rechargeable. I don't want to have a permanent cord attached in my car due to the awkward placement of the cigarette lighter, and i might want to use it later for other projects. The battery last me a week before needing a recharge. I give it a top up from a power pack and it's good for another week. The second thing is it has to be small. I stuff it in the small center cubby, so I want it out of sight to look clean. This fits in the palm of my hand, so pretty small. The third is simple. I like things to have lots of controls and lights and distractions. But when I'm driving I want the opposite. This has one button for turning on/off, answering and ending calls, and playing and pausing music. Not even volume from the little black box. That is controlled by your phone. I leave Bluetooth volume one notch below max volume and use my cars volume for the master. Overall, I've owned this for a good 7 or so months with no problems (unless I forget to charge the thing, but that's a personal problem).

Adds Bluetooth to any car!
I bought this so I can stream music to my 2008 Subaru Legacy because you can't simply replace the head unit in that car. The AUKEY is inexpensive but works fantastic! You can have 2 devices hooked up at a time so I can stream music from my tablet and take a call through it on my phone. The reviews didn't mention call quality, so I will. It really surprises me how well this thing does on phone calls using the built in mic. People can't even tell I'm using it vs my phone or a headset. On a call, it automatically mutes the music so you can hear your call. Battery life is impressive as well. I unplugged the AUKEY to use the plug for my tablet and forgot to plug it back in, and it lasted me 4 days of driving (about an hour to two a day). It is definitely a great solution for adding bluetooth to any car with an aux port.

Great range, grate sound
This is the second bluetooth receiver I've purchased from Aukey and they both work flawlessly. Great range, great sound, decent battery life, no dropouts, small size, no annoying pairing sounds, just a simple bleep. Great all around product. Packaging is nice as well.

Connected this to my 25 year old Pioneer Stereo with no problem.

Very Satisfied - Functional and Feature Rich
This thing is very well-priced, compact, portable, and easy to set up. It supports two paired devices and has a microphone to boot. With an onboard battery, you can take it anywhere and use it in a car without always having to connect power. The status sounds (on/off, connect/disconnect) are very soft but audible (unlike many receivers), and the status lights are of a comfortable brightness (also unlike many receivers). I'm very pleased with the audio quality, though I've not analyzed this in great detail. I give it two thumbs up - and no, I did not receive this product for free. Buy it! Pros: - Easy to set up - Supports two connected devices - Small form factor - Dim lights & soft alert sounds Cons: - Device goes into standby mode when it is not being used. It doesn't matter to me, but some people may not like this.

Compact and receives at long distances
If you love your new iPhone but do not want to give up your high-end $$$ earphones with those universal 3.5mm jack plugs while your phone is tethered, then this item is for you. Oh, sure...you can use that adapter pigtail that Apple issues you to adapt 3.5mm to lightening plug, but you can't recharge your phone at the same time. Or — you can buy the lighting adapter here at amazon that allows you to tether and listen at the same time which is a perfect solution also, but you have far more mobility with this BT box. You can recharge the phone AND walk about the house doing housework, or what ever. This little BT blackbox is incredible. I just got it today and just for fun paired it with my iPhone and turned on The Doors music album. I set the phone at my front door and kept walking towards the back door expecting it to cut out halfway there. Well it didn’t, so I went out the back door onto my patio, then onto the grass, and kept going until I was at my back fence over 70’ away!! This thing awesome. I bought this so I can Bluetooth from my iPhone 8 Plus which has no 3.5mm plug for my earphones, and other things that don’t have lightening plugs. Apple's elimination of the 3.5mm was not one of Apple’s better ideas, by the way. This is also great for your car's radio. My Subaru has BT but only for calls, not for music, but it does have RCA stereo audio jacks. Sometimes I drive for up to 8 hrs on a road trip and love to listen to my music. To use those audio jacks without connecting the iphone and still have the iphone on charge all the way, you need this cool little device. And it comes with two adapter cords. One with a 3.5mm male plug at one end and two RCA (right and left) male audio jacks at the other. The other has a 3.5mm male plug at each end. It is a little bit tricky to pair, in my opinion. But later you get the hang of it.

Great bluetooth adapter
Works flawlessly, easy to pair and use. Works great even while charging, unlike other cheaper brands that stop working when being charged. My only complaint is to make it a little easier to tell when it's charging!

this is good
first things first .... my use is for a jwin battery powered portable speakers. charged item over nite. i work outside so im listen to music all day at work. connection was flawless remember this is a standard volume level headphone sound is great no static or cut outs no delay .. now what everyone wants to know but are not posting started work at 3:30 am turned it on played music from my phone ( had to connect a battery to my phone to keep it powered) but the Bluetooth device was running on my portable speakers for my full 8 hour shift no drop or cut out all from one charge so if i was asked should i buy this item i would say hell yes its the best bt device that I've used in a long time well worth getting to make you speakers bt

working great
working great. I've only been using a couple days but it enables me to bluetooth stream music to this device which is permanently connected to my radio by audio cable. Have to wake up device when I come in to the office, then it connects and I can use the under-cabinet radio as a speakerphone. Used speaker phone to call my mom--worked better than my real speakerphone and obviously will integrate better with my music collection (or podcasts, if i get those connected to my phone again) than my regular speakerphone would. Now my office works pretty similarly to my car, and that was what I was aiming for. I don't have to connect a wire to my phone to enable all this. I did buy a $5 phone charging stand which connects the phone to the computer, but that is not necessary to enable the speakerphone. Anyway so far so good. I can't comment on sound quality because my system is not connecting to an audiophile system. If I get a nice audio system I will update this comment to speak about sound quality. Also if it breaks or fails in some way, but I don't expect that. Price was good, about $13 on amazon--cheaper than the other bluetooth receivers, and by the way the audiophile bluetooth receivers and speakers don't have microphones--so for my purposes this is better. actually I had to buy this because i accidentally bought a non-bluetooth audio system for my office. :/ fixed my mistake, and total price of system is still pretty reasonable, maybe $75 including $9 audio cable to connect aukey to sony radio. Device has a rubbery back, and is just about 2 inches square, with rounded corners and flashing LED's (not too bright but visible). You can buy black or white--I wanted black. Maybe they're bigger? :) I have mine perched next to where my mouse is. It looks really high end, and doesn't move around too much. I haven't experimented with putting it in various places around the desk yet, not sure I will. I had to plug the USB into the right port on my computer--haven't figured out an alternative to that yet. Not that that bothers me too much, I bought a four-port USB switch long ago so I have enough USB ports around with a couple to spare. directions are readable but you don't really need them except to figure out how to turn it on. be aware that you are supposed to plug it in for a couple hours before it is supposed to work. has an internal battery, which may be useful to me in the event of a power outage? idk. i guess this is intended for people listening to tunes while they're on the run--that's not me, but anyway... the packaging for this thing is highly cool. Some good engineer made it, everything is so tightly packaged in a neat little box.

A few days ago I was asked by my experience with the team and mention that he was satisfied and recommended which I do it again
I tried several Bluetooth devices and those who have, is the bose. Small, efficient and has no connection to optical fiber that is important for me but honestly is not economical absolutely! I have many audio systems everywhere in my house and in my work and I hear a lot of music from my phone and the most practical way is to connect my phone via bluetooth but spend more than $ 59 would not do it again! I decided to buy this new model (AUKEY) and try it. it is small, it is a battery, which lasts much !! It has no connection to optical fiber but their sound is clean and crisp! Nothing interfencias! and the price is incredibly low! A few days ago I was asked by my experience with the team and mention that he was satisfied and recommended which I do it again the same way as I will now make the purchase of another bluetooth AUKEY !!
