It's a bucket

It's a bucket. It works. Like the fact that it's shorter than a standard 5 gallon. Easier to transport in the trunk of my sedan.

The Acura of buckets

Buying this bucket is a lot like buying an Acura: pay for a Mercedes, drive off in a Honda. However Hondas are still great cars and so this bucket is still a great bucket with one BIG pro: it fits a grit guard. Although I am a little disappointed it didn't come with a lid (and that the lid costs as much as the bucket itself) I don't wash my cars anywhere other than in my driveway so there's no need for a lid anyway. Photo shows the fitment of the grit guard. Can't see it in the photo but it DOES fit all the way to the bottom of the bucket.

Yes this is a very pricey bucket. But I can give my best guess as to the reason, 1.) that luxury prime shipping option and 2.) them accounting for Amazon's high fees!! So if you want to get it for a lower price buy directly from their website. I'll probably do that next time when I buy another one of their products. I just really love prime shipping. FYI, I'm not sponsored in any way to say any of this. Overall, there really isn't much to complain, the bucket is really made out of good quality plastic, it's durable enough to push around on asphalt, and it does the job by holding water.

Plain bucket. Use with the grit guards!

Great simple bucket. As plain as it gets. I use the grit guards (flat and vertical one) and the bottom dirt trap guard to hold anything down below. If you need a specific size check the dimensions ahead of time.

Great Car Wash Bucket

A bucket for washing your car is very useful to be sure, but this one is very nice with a heavy duty bucket handle that is easy on your hands when the bucket is full and heavy. I particularly like it when paired with the "Chemical Guys Cyclone Dirt Trap Insert" that goes in the bottom of the bucket. This helps to keep you from rubbing dirt particles all over your car paint after you load up your wash rag with more soapy water.

Nice to have

Nice size for washing cars - smaller, lighter than 5 gallon buckets. A little pricey on Amazon, and Prime delivery took a day longer than "promised".

This bucket is superior at containing my soapy liquids with which I wash my car. It is sturdy and durable and far more buckety than any other bucket on the market. Also does an awesome job of being a container for my other detailing stuff when not impressively containing soap water. 11/10 rating of bucketry

Buckets.

When I bought these I was skeptical they could do the job of holding water. They claimed to be buckets but who really knows these days what a bucket really is. Good news, they were buckets and held liquid just fine.

I’ve been using the 2-bucket method with these to wash my new car. I love that the grit sinks to the bottom under the grid so it won’t have a chance to scratch my car. These are good quality and expect to be able to use them a long time.
