Like The System For The Money!

After having my cabin in the mountains broken into I decided to order this security system and it is easy to setup and seems to work as described - just wish the siren was a little louder! I'm not sure but I would like to find out if I could add another host siren to my system and they would both work together to give me an overall louder sound since my cabin is a little ways from the nearest neighbor!

Inexpensive alarm for my shed next to the house. Works great. Easy to set-up, just plug it in, screw in a couple sensors, and program the remotes. It's loud enough to get people's attention if they open the shed and set it off. Only suggestion is that it would be nice if there was an option to decrease the volume on the arm/disarm noise. Overall I'm very happy, after about four months one of the remotes had an issue with one of the buttons not working properly (they give you two remotes). I changed the battery but that didn't fix it, in the meantime I had the second remote to use, so no worries there. I emailed them and they said to try an reprogram it, I did that but it still didn't work so I emailed them back and they sent out a brand new remote. Everything works great again. There was no hassle and the customer service agent was very polite and helpful. I'm very happy with my overall experience with KERUI and would definitely recommend it if you are thinking about purchasing a product from them.

Inexpensive, easy, wireless!

Works well for what it is. Added to my barn/ outbuilding and feel better at night. The door sensor was easy to install, and the infrared sensor also went up and paired easily. The siren is the “brain” of the unit. Works well so far.

Great system for protecting us and our townhome, very easy to install, maintenance free (change batteries only) no monthly fees. My wife especially likes the remote control, she feels secure knowing an alarm & help is just the touch of a button when she's parking the car or working in our small yard. The alarm is loud enough to draw the neighbors attention if help is needed, and we appreciate it DOESN'T call the police resulting in embarrassing false alarms or fines from the Government. Very simple to set up and they have great youtube videos and customer service line to help you Two thumbs up!

3rd update they promptly took care of my issue and sent me a new set . All working fine at this time ! 2nd update its been 3 months now. Suddenly it will not arm. I have purchased new 23A batteries. Reset the system over 20 times and reinstalled all components. I have reset the siren and added again. All with the same outcome the system only disarms. The emergency siren setting works when pushed. However I can not set the alarm which leaves my garage and all my tools at risk. I hope to hear from this company soon if not my review remains as stated. Update it’s veen working like a charm no false alarms and went off when I forgot to turn it of when I entered. Again my only complaint is the siren is weak!!! I purchased a different siren hoping it will be louder we will see ! I have had the system up for a little more than a week. It works well and the system is easy to set up. Having the key pads makes it much easier than to open or close before a countdown on a key pad. With that said I have only one complaint thus far. The siren is not loud at all. I had small keypad siren was much louder. I don’t know if I could hear it from my room if it went off! I’m writing this review early I just set it up today in my garage I put a sensor on each side of the garage door. Then attached the motion dedicator to the wall and the siren to the back of the garage. It beeped when I set it so we’ll see. I had a keypad alarm but it only had one connection and when you lift the door it gave you 30 seconds to set or unset the alarm. This system has a stand alone siren and acts as the brain. I like that because it was too easy to disable the other once you get in. This one has several triggers and it would be difficult to find .

Product is very loud, volume is not adjustable. Includes a wide range motion sensor (dont know dimensions of range), and 2 magnetic sensors for doors and/or windows and 2 remotes. Magnet sensors come with sticky backs, i would prefer to drill them in. The system is super basic and you have to remember to disarm and arm it. I personally found the hassle of this not worth it and more annoying than beneficial. The alarm system is good for it’s cost but I would not suggest this system as your primary housing alarm system.

Works much better than expected

I wrote an earlier review where I gave a high rating with a few quibbles. The siren/doorbell device was not quite loud enough but I had ordered two kits and when I paired the sensors to BOTH sirens they made enough noise to do the job. The control fob worked when I was over 200 yards from the house! The instructions could be better. -- I discovered that you can turn off the "doorbell" feature by pushing the doorbell button on the fob followed by pushing the unlock button. You turn the doorbell back on by pushing the doorbell button again. If you have two kits you can pair a sensor so it only works for one of the kits. If you had three kits you could set up the system so you could have three different zones to let you know which sensors were being triggered. Overall, this is a great system that has more flexibility that other systems I have tried. Perhaps they will make a horn/siren/doorbell hub which has selectable loudness levels (loud, louder, loudest) and they need to make a motion detector that may be outdoors (the current detector is NOT weatherproof).

it is working for me

This product works for me. I have it set up in the garage with the two door openers on the doors of course and the motion detector facing into the garage at the windows. Did some test runs with it trying different entrances and hiding inside then moving around. The motion detector picked up the slightest movements and the door openers only needed about an inch of separation before the alarm went off. To reset/pair the parts, don't be like the idiots pulling the plug out of the wall over and over, disconnect via the cable connection that is between the adapter and the speaker. Common sense. It will prevent you from breaking the tangs off the plugs like some of the other reviewers did.

I was pretty skeptical when I ordered this kit

I was pretty skeptical when I ordered this kit. I will be taking a contract job in a high risk country with very limited support. I wanted something small enough to pack in a suitcase that could be moved from location to location without much difficulty. This worked well right out of the box, and was extremely easy to setup. My only complaints are that everything is made from a cheap plastic, and I wonder how long the wireless remotes would actually survive on a key-chain. I'll likely leave one of them in my car as a backup. The batteries are all different, and the sensors use a small 12v cell that isn't easy to find. Time will tell how long they will last, and I plan to bring additional batteries just in case. There is no network capability, which is fine for my application, as there are no emergency services available at my location, so it's just to alert me or my team of an unwanted "guest". The speaker is pretty loud. It would certainly wake you up if it was mounted inside a small residence. If it was externally mounted, you could likely hear it from several hundred meters away. My kit only came with one magnetic door sensor, so I will contact the seller and see if this was left out by mistake. I don't really need to add additional zones, so I don't know how hard it is to "pair" additional sensors. The instructions are the typical garbage you get with Chinese imports, and not much help. For the price, I have no problem recommending it.

Used in RV and Awesome!

Needed an alarm system for our motorhome. This system is amazing and could not be easier to setup and install. The AC power supply produces 12 volts DC so I wired the siren to the motorhome's 12 volt house batteries thereby eliminating the need for 120 volts. I cannot believe how simple this system is and how well it works. The really nice part is that the siren is mounted remotely and not easy to get to by the bad guys. All of the other systems I looked at had the siren built into the motion sensor which is easy for the thief to grab and destroy, not this system! We will see how well the alarm holds up this summer as we are taking a 5 month cross country trip. You simply cannot beat this for the price!
