This is an Excellent budget front bicycle baby seat

Best invention for the nosey child
My son LOVES this. He is 15 months old and we have been using this for about a month now. Only negative is the chest strap. It really should have a clip across the chest so the whole piece that goes over the head and where the arms go through does not have to be adjusted every time. We have to stretch the straps to fit my baby’s head through it. We have made some adjustments to it so it works but my little one just loves his bike rides with his dad.

Excellent bike seat!
I'm loving this seat, it took no time to adjust to! When I first saw a picture of this style seat, I was like oh no, that can't be safe. I had a brief moment of fear because this is the first time I've ever attempted a child bike seat, but now that I have, my only regret is not doing this much sooner!!! I feel safe and secure, seriously, no adjustments to center of gravity, I don't feel off balance or heavy, the style of the seat limits wiggling and leaning. The coolest part is that my 2yo and I can chit chat on the ride, what a great bonding tool! Amazing! I'm thrilled. It's true tho, the straps are ghastly, small inconvenience for this price point.

((also note i always have him in a helmet and i would recommend you do the same
I have never written a review for anything. I felt compelled to write one for this product after being asked by prolly the 100th person in my town where i got this baby bikeseat. I have yet to see anyone with this type of bike seat for their kid. I live in a college town (college has around 10k students) and the town itself is around 30k population. Needless to say i have rode every inch of our town day or night with my youngest (see the attached photo). ((also note i always have him in a helmet and i would recommend you do the same, i will get to that later, this picture was just a photo opp)). My son in the picture is 15 months old and i have been riding him in this seat since he was around 11 months old (would have rode him in it sooner if i would have gotten the seat sooner!!). I believe the seat is rated at 32 pounds (my son is around 22 pounds in the picture attached). I have the seat mounted on a full size adult Trek mountain bike, i am 6ft tall and weigh around 200 pounds. The assembly took about 15 minutes (there are some youtube videos if you need them but it is pretty straight forward) I have no problem keeping up with my two teenagers while riding bikes with them and the little one in this seat. For my size i barley have to keep my legs a little wider and don't really notice anymore. This past summer at both our teenagers baseball and softball games this seat was really handy. I saw countless parents trying to keep their baby/toddler entertained or from crawling around or running around and complaining cause it was hot... Not me, i had my son in this seat and we would watch the game for a bit then do a few laps around the ball park then pull up to the fence to watch the game again, then repeat for hours. At least 5 or 10 times a day i would hear someone say "I need to get a seat like that!!". Also back to the helmet part. while i am totally confident in myself and my ability to ride mountain bikes i did have one time when i was stopped, then turned the front wheel to go into a part on a sidewalk, then on a fluke the wheel stuck wrong, the bike went over in a split second and by sons head barley touched the sidewalk, but he had a helmet on which slightly bumped. he was Ok though cause this seat has his arms to his sides and the outer shell protects there, his legs/feet were strapped in, so he was protected there and then with the helmet on even a fluke accident in a split second and he was alright so I feel very safe with this seat on a bike (much safer than i would with a seat behind me where i couldn't see it or a good center of gravity). In conclusion with my rambling on about this product in no formal way i would give this 6 stars is it would allow it!! and to anyone reading this or thinking about getting this seat you need to get it!! in a day and age where parents and kids spend way to much time on tablets, phones and using technology or watching TV, etc.. this is something to get outside, enjoy the world around you and get exercise at the same time. Some of the best memories of the past summer were riding this bike with the kids.

High Quality product
It is so much better than a rear seat, easy to install, I had to do a few adaptations to my bike (mountain bike) but it works great

Perfect for toddler
My son loves bike rides and this is the perfect seat for him. This is easy to install and very strong and stable once installed. The mid mounted location gives him an unobstructed view of everything we pass, and does not compromise the balance of the bike at all. The seat is far enough away from the handlebars to keep him from being able to reach them. The safety straps, especially the foot straps, keep him safe and secure. In the event of a fall/tipover, his limbs are restrained and would not bear the brunt of the fall. He has not once expressed discomfort while in the seat, and has fallen asleep in it before, so I assume it's very comfortable for him. The seat only slightly effects my natural pedalling motion, and I have to sit slightly higher on my seat, but that may be attributed to his larger size. I am able to bike for dozens of miles on one trip and not notice any compromises of my comfort. I get compliments and questions about the seat every single time we go for a ride. 100% satisfied with the product and the price point is excellent. I highly recommend this product over anything else on the market

Great item!
We love this item! And our son loves it as well. Easy to install and easy to put child in. Perfect for a child 6mo+ / 20lbs. Child must be able to have neck control since the seat will not support head.

This is the BEST child bike seat ever
This is the BEST child bike seat ever!!! Very durable and safe construction, mounts and stays on the bike very easily, and is a charm the way my 4 year old child sits right in front of me but behind the handle bars, so she is facing forward and we can look at each other, and talk and take facetime with other family members to show them the beach while we ride out in the sunset. the company is also GREAT to do business with, I lost a couple of the mounting bolts and they shipped me out replacement bolts for free with no hassle at all. This was superior customer service. I actually purchased 2 seats so i can have seats installed on different bikes for different family members to take our little precious one on bike rides. :)

works great!!! kid loves it
My kid HATED the behind rider seat and also HATED the pull behind cart. This product was the solution we were desperately looking for. He is just very curious and wanted to see where he was going. I am able to fully engage with him and keep full control of my bike. I'm 6 foot 230 pounds and ride a fitness hybrid bike. The only negative is it makes mounting and dismounting a little hard/tricky but I'll gladly take that small inconvenience for a happy child. My boy is 2.5 years and 30 pounds and the seat works great. FYI you do have to ride with a bit of a man spread but its really no big deal you adjust quickly.

We LOVE this child seat! We use it a lot!
I LOVE this child seat! We use it a lot! I like having my kid sit in front of me instead of behind me on the bike. It feels safer to me. Plus it's kinda cozy. They sit between your arms, so it's a little like giving them a hug the whole time you're riding together. LOL I find it easier to chat this way (& actually hear each other!), and because my child sits in front of me, they can see where we're going (without obstructing my view). There's a hard plastic loop handle for the munchkin to hang onto... yeah. My kid Loves that! The tiniest bit of imagination and it magically becomes a steering wheel and Junior's in charge! LOL This child seat is made so that (after initial installation) it should be relatively easy to put on & take off again (back and forth). I find it a little bit difficult, but not unreasonably so (mostly when I'm in a hurry). This same process is considerably easier on my husband's bike because the frame is longer. Aside from that, I really love this child seat. I've even been known to use it to carry other things (packages, groceries, whatever!) when my most precious cargo isn't tagging along.
