I'm not a fan of non stick frying pans and have been using these ceramic ones shortly after they came out and when they start getting in bad shape I just replace with another one but when I do treat them with the proper cooking utensils, use a small amount of olive oil or butter when cooking and to let the pan to cool off prior to washing these pans can last several years. I've got one going on 4 years and some nowhere near that.

This pan is so generous in size, it has held up after three months perfectly, it is still extremely non-stick with a very slippery surface that is awesome for cooking eggs and anything else. I think the reason some people had trouble with the nonstick surface is because they turned the burner up too high. The manufacturers instructions state very clearly that it is supposed to be a medium heat pan. If you’re the kind of person that cranks the burner up to high, it probably will not hold out.

This pan is awesome! My husband bought me the set of Orgreenic pans when they first came out a few years ago, and they were alright, but the 8 inch one finally kicked the bucket and no matter what we did everything stuck to it, badly!! So I went on the search for a new option, and found the Greenlife pan, and boy am I glad I did! This thing is awesome! Even on the Orgreenic's best day you still had to spray it with oil to cook anything and have it not stick. This thing hasn't seen a drop of oil and everything slides right out of it. I've cooked many eggs, sauteed peppers and onions, among many other things, and it hasn't even batted an eye. I'm definitely going to be replacing the rest of our worn out Orgreenic pans with Greenlife instead! I can't wait to try out the muffin pan!

This pan is heavier than my old ceramic pan that I needed to replace. I make omelets daily so I think the extra sturdiness will be a good thing. I used it for the 1st time this morning. So far so good! I sautéed onions with a little olive oil (per recommendation) before adding more ingredients and the eggs. As pictured, no stick. The pan looks clean after cooking. I also appreciate the lack of screws inside the pan to attach the handle. My old pan had them so this is nice. I read some reviewers who said after [x number] of months the ceramic coating wore out. I read the similar thing on more expensive options. I figure for $10 I can splurge on a new one when the time comes in about a year.

Love these, got the 7,8,10 in, i can sear 4 skinless chick breast w/ 1/4 ts oil or even' no oil', & turn down to @ med #5 @ 5-10 min covered and dash some water in '1 tbs' recover adds moister and loosens the little burnt crustys' & while plating food pan cools and i wipe clean w/paper damp towel. If that didnt clean it easy, i let set in water till i finish meal ;then it will;..after 2 or 3 uses, i will rinse out with dawn. Hey, im a 60 yr old male, so if it works; dont fix it!!!!/:).

This is the best pan I have ever used. NOTHING sticks to it. When I'm preparing a meal I feel like the food is fighting over getting to be cooked in this pan. If I wasn't already married I'd marry it. update: I've been using this pan heavily for 9 months now, and it's still like new. Nothing sticks to it. I take very good care of it. Treat it like my baby. Love it so much I bought my mother one.

I use this skillet more than any other cooking pan. It's important to follow the advice on the instructions for a long use. It has no harmful chemicals in the materials, easiest cleaning of any skillet, energy saving as you can fry on a 4 stove top setting. So far I mostly use the 3 and 4 midrange settings when cooking. After use, I hand wash it with a soft cloth and hot soapy water, rinse, let it cool, dry it and place the plastic cover back on it before storing it separately.

I've been using this pan at least 4 days out of the week, and I still haven't had to add a drop of oil while making my eggs. I don't turn them though like I used to. I just put it on real low and put a lit on which will steam the top. When I was trying to turn them halfway through I was definitely having some issues with the eggs breaking. This way is way simpler and I don't have to watch it. Update: I've had this pan for a year, and it's still awesome. No chips and still non stick

I read a lot of reviews saying their pan chipped after a couple of months of use. Well, I can say from experience that if you take care of the pan, it will last you at least one year. I bought mine a year ago and have used it extensively. I mostly cook eggs in it, or occasionally I'll use it to reheat a single portion of some dish I made the day before. I'd say I've used it on average twice a week for a year, so about 100 times. I always cook with grass fed butter or coconut oil in the pan. I don't put in in the dishwasher, though I did accidentally once, and it was fine. Wouldn't make a habit of it though. It honestly is so good at being non-stick that I often wash the pan after frying eggs by just rinsing it under the sink, not even using a sponge! All non-stick should be treated with care, because once that coating starts coming off (usually from user error/abuse), it's really not good to cook with anymore and needs to be tossed. I couldn't be happier with this little pan. If it chips tomorrow, I'll have gotten my money's worth, but I expect it will last another couple years at least. Non-stick don't last forever like cast iron unfortunately, but for a non-stick pan I predict this one outlasting most of the competition.

I really like this pan, in fact, i liked it so much I bought another one of a different size. It cooks evenly and washes beautifully. The only drawback is that olive oil, my preferred cooking fat, should not be used on it. But, it just takes a tiny bit of the recommended butter, so it’s not as much of a problem as I thought it would be. So far, these are the best pans I’ve ever used, and I love the fact that the surface is not toxic Teflon.
