Fat free cottage cheese a winner

I hadn't eaten fat-free cheese in a long time because I usually found it to be stringy and tasteless, but this doesn't apply to fat free cottage cheese. I purchased fat free and not fat free cottage cheese at the same time and found the fat free to be more than acceptable. In fact, it was good! For the amount of calories I saved, I'll be buying the fat free from now on.
