I've only been using it for about a month, but it's great. It was pretty easy to install via numerous YouTube instructions. I replaced the original 5-year-old (or thereabouts) battery from my Vita 1000, which couldn't get through a nine-inning game of MLB The Show on one charge. I can play more than two nine-inning games now. I would estimate it gives me about 4 hours of game play on one charge.

I needed to replace my PS Vita battery after a year of battery problems (constant switching between low battery and actual charge) until my PS Vita battery died for good. I bought the battery and followed a YouTube tutorial to replace it which was very simple. The first battery didn't work, but the seller was awesome. The seller made sure I got my item and when I mentioned it didn't work, the seller offered a new one at no cost which worked perfectly. A great simple and cheap battery to save a PS Vita.

My psvita no longer starts dying within 2 hours! I have the older fatter model and this worked perfectly. Watched a couple YouTube videos and managed to replace it within the hour. I had some issues with some screws on my model but other than that, replacing the battery itself was no big deal.

Super easy to replace. New battery works like a charm and so far has way better life than the one stamped 2012 I pulled out of my Vita. New battery stamped late 2016. Battery replacement was for a series 1000 (OLED)

I bought two of these to replace the batteries in both of my PS Vita systems and it worked out great. My old batteries were dying out quicker than they used to but after a few charge cycles I am back to full battery life. Make sure that you let the Vita charge for a few hours before turning it back on and it will work great. The replacement is really easy, I followed the iFixIt guide step by step with no trouble.

I bought this for my Ps-Vita 1000. System is working well again. Had it off for almost 2 years and almost sold it or even threw it away. Glad I didn't and learned how to replace the battery myself. Thank you for these batteries.

Works perfect for my vita. Been using it over a month and is holding a charge very well. No issues so far.

Youtube and an inexpensive battery replacement and my Vita is good as new again. Of course, Sony isn't doing anything with it in the US anymore, but I can still play all my old games on it, and now the battery life is back to where it was 6 years ago. The replacement was tricky, mostly because of the shoulder triggers not wanting to cooperate, but I was done in less than 10 minutes. No prob.

Works as well as OEM did but with a MUCH newer manufacturer date. Installation isn't for people who are tech illiterate but it isn't THAT hard and it's actually easier than then Slim is. Brought my mint condition model 1000 back to life, the OLED screen on the original puts the slim models to shame.

Took me like 10 minutes to replace the battery. It is not that hard, as long as you are delicate with the connectors. So far it is working fine; the first few cycles are off, but then the battery start to work as expected. Playing Vita games I get about 6 hours out of it, with headphones and low intensity screen brightness; while with PSP and indie games I can get up to 10 hours. If you crank up the brightness, then you get in the 3-5 hours realm, depending on the game. Either way, it is OK for me, since I never use my Vita for more than 3 hours or so. Much better now, compared to the original battery that would barely last few hours.
