My wife and I went back and forth on car seats for weeks in preparation for the arrival of our first child. Many other seats and set-ups we found were "popular" (best-sellers) and fairly reviewed such as Chicco, Graco, etc. Many brands make it easy to buy an all-in-1 set that comes with a car seat and stroller as well. For some that's great but we are a little more scrupulous and ultimately decided on the Britax B-Safe 35 Elite car seat set up and the City Mini GT stroller. This base and the seat are easy to use and provide a deeper seating area for the little one that we felt was more protective. Add that Britax is made in the US - so felt good purchasing. The CMGT stroller requires an inexpensive adapter to make the britax fit but well worth it. Clicks in and out easily and with the one wheel front system, shock absorbers, and actual threaded tires, we push our daughter around effortlessly.

Car seat base

This was not easy to install - but once we got it in the car - we know we won't take it out. Bought several to put in the other cars the baby is in - since it was difficult to install - at least for us - but once installed - this is the easier baby car base I have ever had - easy to sit the car seat in and take out. Would recommend this - as if it was hard to install you know it is not going to come undone easily - probably not at all

Transport made easy

I cannot say enough great things about this stroller system. The base, car seat and stroller make bringing my little one places easy. The stroller folds up quickly and doesn't take up much space. It's also super affordable. Even my babies grandparents have found it easy to use. I would highly recommend this system.

Sturdy and Safe

This base works great with the B-Safe 35 infant carrier. It's thick and sturdy and the infant carrier clicks in and out with ease. I can say that I have no complaints on this product. When it arrived I did the shake test and was impressed with how sturdy it was and how well it stayed in place. If you plan on having baby in more than one vehicle and can afford purchasing an extra base I highly recommend it!

We already have the Britax B-Safe travel system. I needed an extra car seat base for my other car. This is the exact fit for that. Installs very easily and quickly - either with the LATCH system or using the seat belts. Takes less than a minute to install. Always a big bonus in my book for anything that saves time when you have baby. Compared with other brands which take upto 15 minutes to install and the same time to remove.

Britax B-Safe 35

We have a friend that works for AAA and we purchased this in addition to the travel system so we won't have to keep switching the base out between our 2 cars (highly recommend this investment if you have 2 cars). The install was super easy. It comes with 2 install systems: Latch and Seat belt. We are using the latch install system as we both have that available in our cars. Highly recommend Britax.

Easy and sturdy

This is a great base. Clicks in and out with our car seat without ease. The clips are easy to click in as long as you have easy clips in your car. The ones in my husbands truck are a lot easier than my car because they stick out further. All in all, great base and works perfect!

Very convenient!

Decided to purchase the used one because it was cheaper and I got really lucky because it looks brand new with all its packaging. Beyond that this is a great base that makes it super easy to mount the car seat and also release. I bought this extra one to have one in each car.

It's Nice to Have an Extra Base!

We bought this base for our Britax car seat because my husband and I both need the capability to do daycare drop-off and pick-up due to our sometimes-variable work schedules, and it made it so much easier to have a base in both vehicles. This base is sturdy, very easy to install, and super easy to use. The car seat simply clicks into when you set it on top, and easily releases by squeezing a lever and pulling up. While the car seat should come with a base (ours did, anyways), I highly recommend buying this additional base if you have someone transporting your baby on a regular basis, if for no other reason than convenience.

Sturdy base, easy to install

Used with the matching care seat. Bought two bases so each parent has one. Very easy to use. Make sure to push down on the base when installing so it's as tight to the seat as possible with little slack in the straps.
