I cannot begin to describe how much I love this lamp. Over this summer I decided to a “mini renovation” to my room. I bought a desk to put in my room and this lamp fits lovely with the desk. I bought it in the pink color because my room is also pink. I absolutely love that you pull the cord and the light goes in, it’s so convenient. Also the charging area is such a nice touch, no I don’t have to go to the outlet all the way at the back of the desk. Lastly, even though the lamp shade is pink, it displays the light beautifully. I don’t know how the lamp looks in a dark color or black shade, but for any light colored lamp shade, the light should be fine. The only thing that I don’t like about the lamp is that the lamp shade moves sometimes and becomes crooked and I have to straighten it. It’s barely worth mentioning because it’s not a big deal to me.

Great, sturdy, just what we needed!

I ordered two of these, in different colors, for my children's rooms and they do not disappoint. For the price they are exactly what we were looking for in quality and ease of use. These are the only light in my children's rooms and it lights them up nice and bright. We do not use the extra plug feature, however, it is neat that it come with an extra power source built in...it is a standard plug.This lamp has a small weight to it so it's not easy to knock over or move. Couldn't have asked for more for the price!

Cute lamp!!!

This lamp is so cute! It looks great and is the perfect height. It is also very true to color. I took a pic with the light on and off so that you can see the actual color.

If you can't walk or even use your fingers, there is still a way you can use this light, and at three different settings!

This is such a cool little lamp. It's actually a lot taller and larger than I expected, which is my way of saying that even though things almost always look larger on the web than when you receive them, these don't. I am looking right at mine as I write this, with the picture of the light right in front of me, and it looks even prettier in person, which is not always the case. Also, just take a look at some of the furniture websites and how much they charge for lamps, then look at this. It is as much as 80% cheaper than what other websites are charging for ugly, worn-out looking lamps. I'll give you another tip – if you hook this up to a Touch Lamp Dimmer Switch (also sold here at Amazon for around 10 bucks), you have an instant remote control that actually gives you the choice of three different levels of brightness. Is that not the way to go, or what?! It's especially handy for paralyzed individuals like myself.

I bought 2 of these lamps and they are perfect for our bedroom

I bought 2 of these lamps and they are perfect for our bedroom! It has a two pronged outlet on the base. I mean it’s not a usb one but still works just as great. It’s weighted enough too that when I pull the cord to turn it on and off the lamp doesn’t fall over. I also have a 40W in there and it’s perfect. I think 60 is too much for the bedroom. Overall really happy. No complaints. Update 2/7/18 : don’t use 40W. They burn out super easy. I turned them on and off three times and poof there went my bulb. I went through 4 bulbs in 2 weeks. The 60 hasn’t given me a problem. They are a tad beighter than I would like but they are fine.

IT'S CUTE... I LIKE IT... I turned it into a WIRELESS LAMP :)

I bought the Limelights LT2024-PNK unit, which casts a rosy glow over the room. WHAT I LIKE • It's cute. (It's cuteness factor is a major plus. Great design.) • It works. (A lamp has only one job... this does that job well.) • It provides soft illumination, with a rosy tint... really nice in an otherwise dark living room at night. • I like it a lot more than I thought I would. In fact, I liked it so much when I received it that I decided to turn it into a wireless lamp so I could carry it from room to room. To do this, I shortened the cord (replacing the plug with a new one), and plugged it into a little portable AC charger about the size of a paperback book. (A little 100 watt AC battery gives me ten hours of power.) I also put a RECHARGEABLE BULB in it so that it would keep providing light for a couple more hours when the battery pack runs out of juice. These changes make it the perfect portable lamp. WHAT I DON'T LIKE • It's not a lamp you can read by (unless you have great eyesight, or put in an extremely bright bulb). The shade, which gives the light its nice rosy glow, blocks too much of the light. It's more of a mood light providing soft illumination. • The words "built in extra power source" are on a removable sticker. So far so good. But it's very hard to get the sticker off without scraping up the lamp.

I purchased for my Son's room right after Christmas. He loves the charging port and the clean design of the lamp. Also the chain to turn it on. It is a very nice lamp and 1 I would have purchased it had I found it in a store. He uses a 60 watt bulb and it gives off a nice amount of light. Nice quality and attractive!

Pretty lamp and sturdy I like the way the light comes through softly through the black shades. It does have a thick seam but I just positioned it to face the wall. It’s a polarized plug not a USB port. But you can charge your phone just the same you just need your outlet adapter. I used 40 Watt equivalent LED light bulbs in the pair I bought. They are perfect size for a nightstand.

Love this lamp! Perfect for a nightstand. I got the black shade, which looks awesome with the light shining through it. The outlet on the base is super convenient, now I don't have to run an extension cord up to my nightstand just to charge my phone or iPad. Great buy, definitely recommend!
