I love this cushion

I love this cushion. It is soft and velvety. It is soft but remains firm. Very comfortable and easy to use. I am so glad that I chose this one.

Comfortable, boosts height, held up well over time and better than other cushions tried in the past.

This cushion is used by our Dad and he said this is the best one yet. This both boosts height and relieves back pain and seat pain and holds up over time. In fact it's so great he's prefers this one to other cushions he has in the car and requested another one for the kitchen table chair at home. Also, for the first time he insists on having this cushion wherever he is: when he leaves the house and forgets it, he has to turn around and go back in to get it and now won't drive without it; when he gets home and forgets to get it from the car, he will go out to get it before he sits down in the house. For Dad this was useful for boosting height which he needed because he has lost a little of the view he used to have in the car due to aging and spine curvature. Invaluably comfortable. Kudos to the manufacturer of this specific product for making something that Dad says is the best, and that's saying a lot. 6MO UPDATE: We bought multiple cushions for Dad so now he has one in every location. The reason we are posting again is because for both the 6 MO most recent cushion as well as the ones we bought earlier 1YEAR+ and running - they are all holding up great with the same outstanding performance for Dad. His bones hurt and this cushion is the only thing that both adds height for driving or sitting at the kitchen table as well as comfort. Has improved daily quality of life. Solid recommendation and kudos to the manufacturer of this product for keeping quality the same even after it got popular.

This cushion is extremely comfortable and is perfect in my Prius; I'm short, 5'3" if I'm standing tall, and I've struggled to find good sacral support and to sit a little higher so my visibility is better. This product has met both needs; I recommend it!

Incredible relief to my elderly mom's back and tailbone!

*This is NOT a review of a discount. or freebie bribe from the company* I bought this, full price, for my 82 yr old mom who, 5 weeks ago, fell backwards into a wood and iron end table. (I'm so thankful that my son and I were there at the time!) Her lower back and tailbone took the worst part. The hospital did multiple x-rays, manipulated her pelvis and she even had an MRI to check for tiny hairline fractures. Everything checked out fine, but her pain was excruciating. She has to sleep sitting up in her adjustable bed with a half moon pillow under her knees. Mom has two butter-soft leather recliners, a very nice, but uncomfortable antique chair and a queen hide-a-bed sofa with worn out cushions (she refuses to replace the ugly thing...). So, sitting in any of these was a nightmare and painful. I ordered this cushion and a memory foam back cushion on Amazon for her to sit comfortably in her recliner and my car, I so desperately hoped. My goodness! This is cushion is, according to her, "love to my old rump and back"! Although neither of us are fond of the gray color (exactly as depicted and described, btw), the style, comfort and functionality trump the color! My mom is 5'2 and 119 lbs. This cushion raises her up to where her legs don't touch the floor. I prop her legs on an ottoman and this cushion still feels fantastic to her. I sat on it and am seriously considering ordering one! (I so wish there was a better color choice.) For a thick memory foam cushion, this thing is surprisingly lightweight. It hasn't become flat or whop-sided, even after daily use. The straps on the back are thick, very sturdy and easily convert to fit my Mazda 3 bucket seats without the cushion sliding out from under her. The cushion hasn't scooted in her recliner, although when she gets up with her walker and wants to sit down again, I have to center it. Easy peasy. The only negative (to us) is the color. Black was out of the question. Personal preference in no way detracts from the fact that this is a phenomenal cushion and a godsend for my mom's back and rump. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending this! Five stars and a heartfelt (rumpfelt) thank you to Comfy Cush!

Outstanding ... You DO want one.

I wanted my wife to use the Comfy Cushion for a couple of weeks before giving a review, just to be sure it was all it is cracked up to be. We had NO IDEA what type of cushion we should buy so, as always, we read a lot of reviews for guidance. If you are in the market, this IS the right cushion to buy. My wife absolutely LOVES it. It is firm, but soft. It does not squish down yet it provides perfect support and comfort. Not cheap, but what good thing is? You will not regret buying one.

Nonetheless I am still athletic and like to stay active

I sit at my computer in a fairly new, well cushioned executive chair for hours a day. My lower back has had problems my whole life since getting speared in football in High School. Nonetheless I am still athletic and like to stay active. Back spasms have always been a part of my life and most of that comes from sitting a long time while working at my computer. This is my 4th day with the cushion and I must say I thought it was too firm at first. However, after giving a try for two hours at a time over the last few days my back feels much better. If you are light this is going to raise you a couple inches higher on your chair. I am 225lbs and I get all the support I need. If this cushion never squishes under my weight this will be the best back and butt support cushion I have ever experienced. So far, a great product at a great price of $29.00.

Very comfortable. I'm short so this cushion raises me to the correct height in the car. I wish it had a lumbar cushion attached to it as I have had to purchase a lumbar cushion so that I fit the car seat.

Adds Height!

Short girl problem...I sink too low in the drivers seat and needed some height. It’s so annoying when your sun visor doesn’t block the sun because you’re short. I’m 5’3” and this gave me just enough height to make a difference. I highly recommend.

Great booster pillow for the car

I use this as a "booster seat" for me in the car. It works pretty well. I had to get a second one to make me higher up. I am too short torso-ed for the passenger seat that has this horrible lumbar support bulge that hits me in the wrong place and causes great pain. I would love to just drive the car off a cliff since it is so uncomfortable but my husband loves the car, so this butt pillow helps.

Comfy, Quality Product

I currently own 3 of these and just ordered 2 more for my travel trailer. I've bought several other kinds of seat cushions from Amazon, but, they are rectangular in shape and don't work well in my F-150's seats. I started with one, tried it out for several weeks and ordered two more. I'll own a total of 5 in a couple of days and certainly wouldn't buy them unless they were quality products. I weigh 140lbs tho and those with a larger posterior will find these a little on the small side. Update: 2/4/2018...... I alternate my "Comfy Cush", daily with another "Comfy Cush" , so I can re-arrange the cover to the correct fit and give it a day to "breathe". I have two in my Crib (Da Dank), Two in my travel trailer (which I do the same to), and one in my F-150 ("Chester the Molester"). Leaving it in Chester over night on cold nights (20*F. or below) renders the "Comfy Cush" into a rock-hard BRICK!!!!! It takes a while for it to warm, so on those mornings, I sit in next to my floor duct and wait for it to thaw before using. Other than that, no further gripes.
