Great gift for 3 year old

This is a fun playset. My daughter is 3 and she really enjoys dressing up one character while I dress the other. It helps develop fine motor skills--she tries to put the clothes and bows in just the right place. There are enough clothes and accessories to keep it interesting too. She calls it the bowtique, just like the show.

Good for imagination

This toy is very cute. My both girls love Disney Minnie Mouse and Daisy Duck a lot. With this toy the characters become alive, the children can change their clothes and be even more involved with the magic world of the favorite cartoons. I think this toy is also good for triggering the kids' imagination. This is rare in today's world when everything has become so automatic, computerized and almost impersonal. The quality of the product is also very good. Highly recommended!

These are great

I've bought several of these wooden dress up doll sets over the years, and Melissa & Doug never disappoints! I got this one for my niece's 7th birthday and she loves it! The only thing I don't like about these sets is that they have a great little divider for all the clothes - BUT NO LID! Anyone who has kids knows the frustration of a toy that has tons of tiny parts but no lid/container to keep them together. If they could just make this box travel friendly by putting a lid on it, it'd be PERFECT!

Great buy!

Very cute! Good quality. There are some little pieces, though. In the picture the small pieces are the two bottom center sections. The section to the left are little flower pieces they are about the size of an M&M. I just put them on the fridge for decoration instead of letting the little one play with them. The bottom right are bows that are a tad bigger but still worrisome. Obviously, just monitor your kid! It's a fun toy!

Love it

Got this for my 1 1/2 year old great niece this Christmas. She loved it and wouldn’t stop playing with it on Christmas Eve. Loved paper dolls as a child and was happy to give her something old school to play with.

I would definitely recommend that for toddlers

My almost 2 year old daughter loves these! Toddler Tip: I put magnetic strips on the back of Minnie and Daisy so she could use her dry erase board to play with these. I would definitely recommend that for toddlers. :)

Gift was a hit!

Was a hit at the birthday party where it was presented! She went straight back to it after opening her things and began dressing up the girls! Good value, well made, girls loved it! Only downfall, would be nice if it had a real top on the box for storage. Pieces get lost easily. Other than, really cool!

So cute!!!

My 5 yr old absolutely LOVES Minnie since forever. When i first saw these it reminded me of those paper dolls we used to play with as children that lasted only so long due to the material they were made of. These are ideal cause they are made of wood!!! so they will last a while, and the clothing and accessories are magnetized so no more side hanging clothes or flying shoes. They even come with a base to stand up hands free. She really enjoyed finding this under the tree on Christmas. It would have been ideal if they had some kind of cover to the wooden frame or even a tote for safekeeping. It would be such a shame to lose any of the pieces :-( But overall, it is a great buy. I'm so glad i purchased it. Great price for such great modernized paperdoll classic. Hope this helps

Old fashioned fun

In this age of nothing but electronics was so happy my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter loved these. No sounds, no batteries just changing up their outfits and playing pretend with them. Definitely worth the price.
