This is our first ENO hammock, and all the hype I've heard about them is perfectly justified in this neat, little package. I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my 12 yr old daughter, and she LOVES IT! Even though it was only 35 degrees outside, my daughter set it up and took a warm blanket with her to enjoy trying it out. Super easy to set up, strong and durable fabric, awesome colors, and balls up in it's own built in pouch that takes up less room in an overnight bag than a hooded sweatshirt. It should be noted that these hammocks do not come with the strap system needed for hanging it, so remember to order your straps! We used the Heavy Duty Extra Long Hang Tight Hammock System straps from Nature's Hangout. They are much better than some of the Atlas straps used by ENO and have far more loops to get the perfect height. Overall I love this product and can't wait to take it beyond our backyard as we travel. Awesome product at an affordable price!

Bought it based on a recomendation from a friend. Comfortable as long as you hang it right, only issue was when I first got in it, I could hear some threads snapping. Weight limit is 400 but I only weigh a bit over 200. Don't think I'd trust 400 pounds in it. Durability is a bit low, as it's so thin. The heat from a campfire caused the center area to melt enough that I can't use it anymore, and their repair patches aren't big enough to fix it. Would buy again, once I can spare the money. Don't let it within 10 feet of a heat source.

Spent four weeks at the National Training Center in California. Spent almost every night in this thing. Most comfortable sleep I've ever gotten when sleeping outdoors. I do recommend a sleep mat/pad on cooler nights because even the slightest breeze will end up cooling you down, even in a sleeping bag. The plus side of this is that it's a great way to stay cool during the day when its warm out. Edit Update 9 June 16: I still have this hammock and it is still going strong. Probably one of the best outdoor investments I've made. It's my go-to item when sleeping outdoors.

This is our second doublenest hammock in the family. They both comfortably hold two people. Consider ordering the extra long Eagles Nest Outfitters Polyester Hammock straps over the stander length ones (http://www.amazon.com/Eagles-Nest-Outfitters-Atlas-XL/dp/B00MX4FZ9M/). You can also purchase extensions if you have the standard length straps(http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MX5WOK4). The extra length comes in handy if you are near big trees or you want to sling across and extra long distance. Our first Hammock is over a year old and has held up well with frequent use and travel.

This product is so much better than I even thought it would be. It is actually VERY comfortable to sit or lay in. At first you feel like the thing will break if a heavy person sits in it, but it will definitely hold (400 lb limit). The material is thin and very flexible so you don't have to worry. It's a great product that in the Summer I hang it outside, and in the winter I hang it in my basement between two columns. Best seat in the house... Only downside is that you pretty much need to buy the straps separately because the original hammock hooks are too short for much. Other than that, I love my ENO!

Bought this little gem on the treasure truck for future camping excursions. Right now, it’s hanging in our backyard. I had never used this type of hammock before and it took a few minutes to set everything up. Overall it is easy to use, holds up well, super comfortable and compact. An added plus or minus, depending on your situation, it was easy to clean up after my 2year old peed in it. The liquid pooled in one spot and didn’t soak through. Maybe it would have if I let it sit long enough but I was able to clean it quickly without a doggy mess afterwards. Dried fast, too.

I bought this to use as my bed in my small dwelling. Not only does it fit the bill for a compact sleeping solution, it also provides for the most comfortable bed I've ever had. Once installed, I can set it up at night in about 10 seconds. In the morning I unhook one end and roll it up to the other end where it stays out of the way until needed. I set it up so the "foot" is attached to a wall where I have a shelf unit so the rolled hammock, a pillow and blanket store right there on the shelf out of harms way. Hanging a hammock requires a little thought and experimentation. There's an on-line hammock calculator which is great for getting started. It's at: <<< http://theultimatehang.com/hammock-hang-calculator.html >>> I started with that and over a couple of nights made some minor adjustments and now life is good. NEVER buy a hammock with spreaders! They are uncomfortable and require the skills of an acrobat. A proper hammock automatically provides the exact right support for every part of your body. It nestles you in and feels snug but not restrictive. On a mattress I tend to be a side sleeper. I can sleep on my side in this hammock but it actually feels more comfortable to be on my back. And speaking of backs, I have had a long history of periodic back strain. Comes and goes but how quickly it clears up depends on the nature of the bed I'm using. I actually had a bit of a strain at the time I started using this hammock. Had been going on for about 6 weeks. The morning after my first night in this hammock and my back ache was gone and has not returned. A properly hung hammock of this design just provides the most natural sleeping platform there is. It also inhibits tossing and turning which reduces the effects of a "restless nights sleep" . It has never taken me more than 15 minutes to fall asleep once I started hammock sleeping. It is just so relaxing! I chose this model based on the weight rating of about 400 pounds. I don't weigh close to that but figured for full-time use 365 days a year I wanted that robustness due to wear and tear. The first couple of times I "mounted" the hammock, I did hear some light tearing sounds. It appears that was some sort of initial adjustment and has not recurred since.

I purchased this hammock and used it with the ENO Atlas Hammock Suspension System. It is very quick and easy to set up. It is extremely compact and light weight. I like that the carry bag and instructions remain attached to the hammock so that the carry bag can then be used as a pocket to put items in. It is conveniently placed in the center along one edge so that it is easily accessed while lying in the hammock. My husband is 6'5" and very broad, he fit into this hammock with room to spare. I do not think two people would fit into this hammock comfortably, however, we didn't purchase it for that use. Very high quality product and I am happy with my purchase.

Purchased for my daughter and her hammock towns they create at track and XC meets. Very durable compared to the one I got for myself (off brand) that already has tears and significant wear and tear after minimal use and 3 years). I think you get what you pay for with the hammocks currently on the market and ENO will stand behind their products. Even with slightly higher price points, I have no reservations recommending ENO hammocks.

Purchased the Forest/Charcoal (green/grey) combo and it is perfect to compliment our Navy/Forest combo that we already have without being too matchy. We also love the colors we chose since they're a bit more subtle instead of some of the loud colors available, since we wanted to be a bit incognito while we hang out in the trees in the backyard and neighbors are around. My husband and I each have a double now and even though we CAN obviously fit in a double together it's much more comfy to each have our own (especially with me being 7.5 months pregnant!), and then we can pull the sides in and snuggle up inside as well. I love that these hammocks come with their own attached stuff sack (can't lose it!), and while they're maybe a bit too heavy for bringing on long/overnight hikes when you're trying to watch your pack weight, they're awesome for day trips or car camping. Love our ENO hammocks!!
