This may have been the best purchase I've made in the past two years. We have a beautiful apartment with a long island that faces the living area. The problem? Any clutter on the counter destroys the pretty sight lines. Since we only have a single sink, I have to use a dish rack for drying. I hated looking at the "pile-up". Using this product plus the Joseph Joseph 85056 Wash & Drain Wash Basin Dishpan has given me many more options. I can use it as a drainer for vegetables I've just washed or as additional counter space over the sink. If I need to drain a lot of dishes, I can always pull out my collapsible dish drainer in addition to it, but most of the time, this is all I need. And it's attractive!

Although I use a dishwasher, I was very frustrated when I washed delicate glasses, knives, and large pans by hand and had no where to drain them except the counter, which always got wet despite the use of a dish towel. When it arrived, I opened the Surpahs and fell in love. It works perfectly, stays solidly in place on my double-sided sink, and allows my items to dry in half the time. It also frees up counter space. It's rubberized and can be easily washed, dried, rolled up, and stored in a minimum amount of space. Great item. Highly recommended.

Having read many Amazon reviews and look at over 6 different makes and models, this is the one I went for. As you can see from the photos, it's a perfect fit for the larger side of our 1.5 sink (different sizes). While I liked the look of the classic stainless steel and black silicone edges, I couldn't find any of those that would fit. The internal dimensions of the sink you see here is 19", so anything less than that in H would not work for us. This is 20.5 making it more sturdy and usable. I cannot emphasize enough to measure your sink(s) BEFORE you purchase even if the manufacturer doesn't tell you to! You will save a lot of headaches that way.... Very pleased with this item, color choices minimal but not a major factor. Size and functionality are the most important factors in play - at least for us. Hope the review and photos help your decision-making - it did ours. Update: 11/29/2016 - we still love ours and it's great, but..........just noticed the price has shot up to nearly $40 or more depending which vendor you are using! We purchased it a few weeks ago for $21.98. So, that is an almost 100% increase.....something is going on here!?

I love love love this dish rack. It's replaced my large strainer. I minimized my dishes so each member of my family has 1 of each thing. That way less dishes for me. Yipee.

LOVE! I've been told before that I have commitment issues, but this thing will be with me for life! It fits perfectly over my farmhouse sink. It supports a lot of weight-I can pile my heavy glasses/plates/pots and pans on it, and it is extremely sturdy. Nothing slides off either and the material grips the sink well.

My boyfriend enjoys piling dishes in the sink then "soaking" them... for a day or two... until I get fed up and stick my hands into that slimey gook to do what should have been done in before they were put in the sink (rinse and put in dishwasher). 5 seconds of laziness for him = 10 very painful repulsive minutes for me + bitterness a couple times a week. Insert these contraptions. I have one over each side of the sink and while, yes, he DOES roll them out of the way, it genuinely has resulted in fewer dishes piling up! It's like he sees a drying rack in front of his face, so he rinses stuff off and sets it on the rack. Sometimes. Better than nothing. I have no qualms with putting it all in the dishwasher for him if I'm not braving knife cuts and diseases shoving my arms into sludgey mystery sinks.

I love the Surpahs roll up dish drying rack! I installed a huge, 9" deep, one-basin sink and putting my dish drain in the sink didn't work. I needed something to lift it off the bottom of the sink so the dishes I just washed didn't keep getting wet in my dish drain as I used the rest of the sink. You can see by my attached photos that the Surpahs drying rack works perfectly to support my dish drain which allows the dishes to dry and yet I can still squirt water underneath it when I need to. Works so well, I pat myself on my back for finding this clever solution!

Greatest thing ever! I bought this for an over the laundry room sink (depicted) place to lay out sopping wet swimsuits -- but it's the coolest. Heavy, durable, shockingly attractive, and rolls up to nothing for storage. I will get a second for my kitchen and ditch the drain rack that never gets emptied. Warm grey color is gorgeous and matches anywhere in my house.

Admittedly, this was heavier than I expected it to be, but it works amazingly. This is exactly what I needed with a sink that didn't have a separate section for drying dishes.

This is one of those late night purchases that has ended up being a "favorite" buy! Highly recommend. It rolls up neatly and can be placed in a drawer. However, I like it so much I just leave it out. Its great for watering houseplants on. When I purchase containers of fruit from the grocery store ...I place on the rack for additional rinsing. It's made of silicone so no worries about dishes/glasses slipping off. Looooove love it!!!
