To adjust these, put a 1/8" spacer under each leg that surrounds the wheel, and also 1/8" under the shave plate on each end. On a level surface. Than tighten every thing down. I have been using these for about 3 years and they are still working just fine.

My old snow blower had the regular skid type on it and I replaced them once but this will last the life of the machine I think. I wish they had this years ago.Arnold 490-241-0038 Universal Roller Skid Shoes

These things work great on asphalt as well as grass. No more scraps on the driveway sealer. Machine works a lot less than dragging skids. Wheels keep free and haven't had any problem with freezing in one place. Highly recommended.

First snowfall I used these, I love them. Superior to the long poly skids I was using before on my concrete driveway. The long poly skids wanted to ride up over packed snow (ie where the snowplow pushes snow at the end of your driveway). Since these are shorter, they don't ride up and the snowblower auger is more effective.

Great product, on my Honda I had to drill. They do not have you bolts or nuts to put this on your snowblower if you are doing a custom intall instead of replacing factory skids. If using where factory skids were just use your old bolts and nuts.

First off, I have to admit, they didn't work for my snowthrower...I guess Arnold and Husq be hatin' one another. No worries, I used them for something else and they work awesome. Nah, I'm not telling you (or anyone else for that matter) -- wouldn't want anyone else stealing my backwoods geniusness for their own agenda(s).

I should have bought these a season earlier. They are easily adjustable to get the right height on your blower. They will save the metal strip on the bottom near the auger. Very strong plastic, not flimsy and should not break or crack in freezing temps.

I had to drill two holes in my seats snow thrower to attach the rollers. Once they were attached, they worked just fine. I put a few drops of oil on the axels to prevent freeze ups. That worked too.

It took awhile to adjust but after adjustments it was amazing the difference it made. My snowblower is close to 20 years old and it cuts through the snow with hardly any effort. I can wheel my snowblower with chains in my garage with one hand when moving it. When you take less stress off the friction wheel it's a win for your power! Like I said it took awhile to adjust but when it's right WOW!

Item arrived in a bubble bag envelope very fast. The items mounted very quickly and fit my yard machine 208cc two stage snowblower exactally. i added a couple drops of 80 weight gear oil to the wheels. and the snow blower rolls on the cement driveway without grinding the original skit kleets on the cement. I believe these items will make for long use, and they are very rugged and well built. To whomever made these, thank you so much. it saves me money over the years from replacing the old skid kleets .
