so far, so good
We have had this set up for just a few days for our 6 and 4 year old, so I cannot comment on the longevity of this product. But my kids have been bouncing non-stop and are perfectly content. Many of my friends have this trampoline and seem happy. The package was delivered on time. It was HEAVY, arrived in one box.We used a wheelbarrow to move it. It came with all parts that were listed in the description. I ordered another pull tool (it came with one) to speed up set up, since my husband and I were doing the setup together. I am glad I did, it really helped the process. Overall, the set up went well. No confusion in the instructions, although my fairly handy husband took the lead. I thought it was straightforward though, and I am not that handy. I don't think I asked him often for guidance, it was clear just by seeing the parts laid out. The kids helped, too, and, again, it was straightforward enough that it kept their attention and there were many simple tasks they could do. We have long, snowy winters, so this will be up for five months, max, likely three, and I thought about the seasonal breakdown process as we put it up, It doesn't seem too bad. I purchased this trampoline based on a google search that led me to a couple of articles reviewing trampolines-this one had good mentions in both as safe, affordable, good company reputation.

AWESOME BUY
this is BANG FOR YOUR BUCK! The kids love it and adults as well...this can hold alot of weight other than what is suggested. 2 kids and 2 adults jumped on this fine but I wouldn't do aggressive jumping and ESPECIALLY be careful around children! I think adults should jump together or one by one for tricks but please be careful around kids as you can easily land on them or crush them even break bones or death! 230lbs, 200lbs, 60 lbs, and 40 lbs all held up well at once but I wouldn't advice jumping regularly like that and not vigorously as I stated. GREAT purchase and such a great deal. It is pretty big and easy to put together. 2 adults can put this together quickly but please read instructions and have pieces laid out to make sure you have all the right parts as I have seen others complain of broken or missing items. I accidentally didn't place the opening in it's right position so the zipper is a little crooked but it still works great and you cannot tell. =)

Great budget trampoline!
Bought this for my 9 and 7 year old for their birthdays. Honestly, I’m not sure what all the reviews about missing parts terrible instructions and damaged packages are about, sorry to those who obviously have really crappy delivery drivers. this one arrived intact, no box damage and was even delivered to my back door away from unwanted eyes, and close to my backyard (thank you by the way!) all parts were accounted for, packaged nicely. I was able to assemble by myself with no issues at all. Instead of putting the frame together upside down then flipping, I just assembled as it normally would sit, and then put the legs on. It was easier than trying to flip it over myself. I followed the directions for the springs pretty much all the way through, except I continued to hook one spring to the left all the way around till I was done. It seemed to really help there be less tension on the last few which was nice. Overall I’m extremely happy with my choice now and my kids love it.

Product and Customer Service is BEST IN CLASS!!
We purchased a 12 foot trampoline with the enclosure net and basketball hoop add-on last year and have been very pleased with it. The assembly was relatively easy with 2 people. You'll need someone with a little strength to help attach the springs but other than that, it was assembled in about 1-2 hours. Our 8 year old daughter and 12 year old son really enjoy jumping on the trampoline - and let me tell you - we really enjoy watching them because they sleep better at night! Last week, my daughter slipped and fell into the net causing one of the net support bars to snap and the safety net to rip. She was unharmed as the safety net served it's purpose! Despite the incident, the trampoline is very sturdy. We feel this was likely circumstantial to our situation rather than poor quality of the product. This afternoon, we emailed Skywalker to inquire about our warranty for replacing the enclosure net and connected support bar. Our Customer Service Representative was fantastic. Not only did she respond within 15 minutes, she explained that the bar would be replaced but the enclosure net was out of warranty. However, she then offered to move forward and replace the net as a one-time courtesy. Furthermore, she had already ordered the parts and said they'd be shipped from their warehouse today and at that time she'd email me with the tracking information. In Summary... 4 * * * * easy to assemble, high quality product, neighbors wished they would have bought the one we have - Skywalker 5 * * * * * Fun - kids love it and use the basketball net 5 * * * * * Fair pricing. We highly recommend investing in the enclosure net. 5 * * * * * AMAZING customer service! Absolutely TOP NOTCH! It's always easy to give negative feedback but all too often, many customers do not share their positive feedback. As a result, we will absolutely consider shopping with Skywalker again and we highly recommend their product and business model, which is best in class.

Great Trampoline. After assembling it all by myself
Great Trampoline. After assembling it all by myself, I felt this was sturdy and well made. There was one comment on Amazon about base pole gradually coming out of the slot, but I guess manufacturer hear enough comments on that because when I got mine, there were screws included and the instruction was clear to drill thru all connecting poles. The quality of the spring was good, all in all, i can see this thing lasting forever. Also there was a mention of someone buying a spring puller..... but funtional spring puller was included in the package, and it really didn't take a lot of effort to hatch on all the springs. After I purchase it, i found out Walmart has the exact same one (without the basket) for $200, so if you don't need the basket and this item is not on sale (i got mine on prime day for $200) then maybe Walmart is a better choice.

Safe Trampoline and Good Valu
I am a nervous mother of 2 children that did NOT want to buy a trampoline because of safety... after months of reading reviews online I was just about to purchase the "safest" trampoline (springfree) for over $1,500... but I just could not justify spending that kind of money for something the kids will eventually outgrow so I kept researching and found out next in line was this trampoline so after talking things over with the husband we made the purchase ... Trampoline arrived the same week we ordered it and I set it up - Yes by myself and it was super easy to do so and with the spring tool included the springs were not that hard to get on...I tested it out before letting my kids on and determined it was good to go and they are LOVING it@

Box arrived busted and parts missing, but customer service saved the day!
Update. I contacted customer service Friday morning. I sent via email the necessary requirements they needed to process a warranty claim to get me the missing part, and it arrived the next morning (a Saturday) at 8:30 am. WOW! Customer service at Skywalker is amazing!! I really didn't think this would happen. My husband and I assembled the trampoline in about an hour or so and the kids LOVE it. It is a nice size, plenty big for my two children and the others in the neighborhood (ages 5-8 currently). My husband and I can also jump in it if we wanted to. This trampoline was ordered to replace an 8ft Skywalker trampoline we ordered from Amazon 2-3 years ago. It is still in great condition, we just wanted a bigger one to accommodate our growing children and their neighborhood friends who like to get in there together. This one fits the bill. If you are on the fence about getting this trampoline, do it! As a side note, we anchor our trampoline to a concrete pad to keep it from moving, as it gets really windy at times where we live. No problems with the 8ft one, even during severe thunderstorm weather; I will update if we have any problems with this one in the future. Many neighbors who don't anchor theirs end up with a wadded up piece of flying junk, so make sure to secure properly if you want it to last. We watch this happen over and over again every time the wind gets up. Take care of it in the beginning, and it will last many years! Original post: I was thrilled when I found this with 2-day prime shipping. However, it was delivered today (on time), and one side of the box was completely busted open, exposing poles and parts. Open the rest of the package to find a socket bracket missing needed to assemble the frame. It's Thursday, Skywalker customer service is closed for the day, and I can't get a new trampoline, or just the part (even though both are available on prime) until next Tuesday. Fantastic, since I have two very excited kids who saw the trampoline delivered and had planned to use it this coming weekend for my son's birthday party. Pretty disappointed right now!!

Very Nice
First of all, this arrives packed in one 114lb box so be ready and have a place where you want the driver to put it. It was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was a breeze - I am a 62 year old female and assembled it by myself in 4 hours. The day it arrived, I spent about 30 minutes unpacking the box and sorting and counting the parts. The next morning I brought everything to the site we had chosen and started assembly. The frame went together very easily. Then I spent about an hour leveling the ground. Once I was happy with that, I moved on to getting the mat and safety net ready for installation. It was a little tedious for my arthritic hands to put the rings through the safety net slots. When it came time to attach the springs, I found the included spring puller tool to be insufficient. Fortunately, I had purchased another tool and it worked quite well. 30 minutes later everything was assembled and I gave it a good bounce test - even remembered how to do some of the tricks I did when I was a child. It felt very solid. I'm very happy with this trampoline and I know the grandkids are going to love it!

I've assembled over 500 trampolines, it's all we do.
***It is now November 2017, and I've assembled well over 1000 trampolines. Thank you all for the support of my business and helping my reviews reach many potential buyers*** I'm Joey and I run Jumpy Joey Trampoline Company out of the (Rockwall) Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex. I have been in business for more than 4 years assembling trampolines.....not wooden forts, basketball goals, bicycles, or anything else.....just Trampolines! A simple web search and you'll find us online. Skywalker makes a ton of trampolines to fit every budget, shape, and size. This 12' Round trampoline is a very popular size by them, and honestly the one that I believe has the most bounce available by their brand as well. The 12' and 15' round models are identical other than size. The assembly of this unit requires a usually 2 people. You'll want to inventory the pieces first before beginning the assembly. Make sure the pole caps are there, as well as all the screws and other hardware you'll need. Often times the shipping on these items are pretty rough, and a lot of times when I arrive to assemble it, they are sometimes missing the smaller pieces. This isn't as common on the round sizes Skywalker makes, but fairly common on the squares and rectangles that they make. Skywalker is a budget brand, so be aware of this before hand. The springs are not large, the frame is not thick, and the padding is fairly thin as well. There are definitely some higher priced units available online that'll outlive these, but you get what you pay for. Once all the pieces are laid out, begin by assembling the feet of the unit. There will be 6 feet on this one in particular. Once all feet are made, lay them out in a circle with the holes for screws facing in side of the frame circle. Alternate between a frame piece that has a brass buckle with a square notch for a pole and then one without. Do these all the way around to make the frame. Once the frame is standing on it's own, go around the inside and screw the frame together. Now double check to ensure that you have every other frame piece with a notch for a tube pole to go vertical to hold the enclosure in place before proceeding. Next you'll grab the jumping mat, which should have the enclosure net already attached to speed things up. Some do, and some do not. Assuming yours came pre-attached, try your best to keep it attached during the next step. Lay out the mat in the center of the frame with the net on top of it. Find the doorway (the zippered area). Line up the middle of the doorway between a frame piece that DOES NOT have a notch for the vertical pole of the enclosure. Once you've attached a spring to hold it in place there, start counting every 12 locations for the next spring (It's vital to use a pattern, or you'll never get the mat attached no matter how strong you are). After going around to every 12 springs, now go every 6 springs, then every 3, then every remaining spring. If you do this properly, then attaching the springs are a snap, and there is a tool sent along with the unit that will help do this as well. If you're missing the tool, then just use another spring to pull the others with (it works the same). Now you should have a frame, springs, and mat assembled. Now you will grab the padding and line it up so that the notches of the padding will allow for the vertical enclosure poles to go through them. This will be self explanatory once you get to this point. Go around and tie the padding down. I don't ever do this too tightly, I just make sure that it's snug and resting in place without looking like it's pulling too much. The last step is assembling the enclosure poles. There will be 6 poles to assemble. There will be a top and bottom of each set of 6. The bottom is the part with the square head, so face that towards the ground. Now find the tube with the angle in it and attach it to the bottom pole. You'll notice the tube with the angle has a spot for the top cap (the hole which goes through the front and back of the tube) and another hole that is made for the screw. Use the screw hole when attaching these. Once you're done assembling the poles, place the foam covering on each one. Go slow doing this, or they're likely to rip on you. Also heads up.....these foam covers will not survive many seasons, so be prepared to purchase more down the road. Lay out your assembled poles for the enclosure on the trampoline in their appropriate spots. Go around to each section on the net and attach the pole cap to the net along with the top of the pole. Do this from the ground, and attach all 6 before attempting to erect any of them. Once they're all done, go around and lift up each pole to erect the enclosure netting. You're not done yet, although you're getting really close. Now at the bottom of each pole where it connected to the frame you should have 6 black plastic caps that need to be hammered into place to secure the pole from below. And then the last step is to climb on top of the outside of the frame (on the padding) and tie off the straps around the pole caps to get the slack out of the netting. These may come undone over time, just simply hop back up and re tie them. Your trampoline is now complete and you're either satisfied with the work, or wishing you would have called an expert to come and save your marriage! LOL If you're in the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex, I'd love to assist your family - Joey Staton of Jumpy Joey Trampoline Company

A GREAT trampoline
I am so happy with my purchase. My son is 9 and loves it. PUTTING IT TOGETHER. Amazon sent my package all in one box. Wasn't happy about this since it weighs 150 pounds and I'm a single mom. I got help from my Dad to put this together. But for someone who has never "built" anything. It was simple and you could say easy. The hardest part were the springs obviously. There is a lot of tension and there is NO POSSIBLE WAY, with my build and strength (I'm average) could have put the Mat on alone. Thank goodness for my dad. Other than the springs I could do everything else myself. You do need 2 people to flip it on the first step. The directions state TO FOLLOW STEP BY STEP OR YOU WILL START OVER. This is TRUE!!! If you don't coordinate the legs, you will get to the end of set up and you will have done all that work for nothing. It's very important you coordinate STEP 1 as directed. Same goes for the mat and net. This part we did have to redo. If the company could improve on anything they should color coordinate the START POINT, so it's easier. Directions list starting point with WARNING LABEL. Problem is the net (maybe mat) has TWO warning labels. So we had to redo the hardest part, the springs. It took about an hour and half even with our mistakes. The size is perfect.
