Check out my Compliment/Complaint Hybrid... Complaiment?
They came in their nice little bag & each one was in its own sealed baggy. I opened'em up, looked at'em, they looked good, I plugged'em in, tested the sound at different volume levels, it was all gravy. No complaints. As you can see in my pictures, I have five plugged in side by side into a small mixer just so I can listen to multiple devices at once through a single headset. Gotta admit, I'm happy so far. I haven't tried throwing them down the stairs or banging on them with a hammer so I guess my review isn't top dog addict quality, but they're good, as durable as needed, and the sound quality is good. I said GOOD, not Ok or average... it's GOOD. I take good care of my stuff so if they should last anyone a long time, it's me.

1 of 5 worked properly for my studio setup- UPDATED, 5stars!
The tolerance (tightness, fit, whatever you want to call it) is too loose on the 1/8th inch end of this adapter. I constantly have my music cutting in and out due to this, and I went through each adapter in the pack to only find 1 that functions perfectly with no issues. The problem means that you have to find a "sweet spot" on the adapter, and let it be. I bought these as an adapter to headphones for DJing on multiple setups and as a backup to using an aux cable to adapt to 1/4inch for events and such. I ended up ordering higher quality Sennheiser adapters for $10 per adapter that are completely perfect and have no issues at all. Maybe I struck out on this one? At least 1 works properly! EDIT 12/29/18: I was contacted by cable matters and was able to receive another pack of these very quickly and they were extremely sorry for the first order. I did notice this 2nd one came in it's own 5 pack plastic package, and there is a note "do not separate" in the pack quantity since it is a 5 pack. My first order did not come like this, and they seemed to be separate. I tested the fit and quality of this new shipment, and they work fantastic! It is completely different than the first experience. Thank you for following up! Definitely recommend if they all come like this.

Seem Well Constructed So Far - No Intermittent Connections
I bought these to use with a headphone distribution amplifier that has only 1/4" phone plug outputs. I use 3.5 mm (or 1/8" ) mini stereo cables/plugs for my radio interconnects. I just got them and they will not be plugged/unplugged much, so I do not see a durability problem in my use. So far so good. They fit, they are not noisy and they work. The headphone amp I got on Amazon as well: https://smile.amazon.com/Mackie-HM-4-Headphone-Amplifier/dp/B079C8MLG8/ref=pd_rhf_ee_p_img_5?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=EMTZ83R6XAZ689AZERWB

Everyone needs a stash of these lying around for your headphones!
Can't tell you how many times I got caught in a situation where my headphones only had 1/8" stereo jacks and I needed to plug them into a mixer that only accepted 1/4" phono jacks. Or times where I straight up lost the included 1/4" phono tips altogether. For those situations, these do the job just perfectly. And let's face it, you know you're gonna lose some of these, so the fact that the pack has 5 in it for a great price makes it all the more better.

Awesome adapters, especially at this price point!
All 5 work well and the fit and finish is excellent. I have a couple of Sennheiser adapters and these look and function just as well. And the Senns cost 10 bucks a piece, so I can buy 5 of these for less than 1 of those. Not sure about long term, as I just got them, but I can say for the money you would be hard pressed to find nicer adapters....Highly recommended!

Fit snugly and securely.
I was wary about any of these adapters that I'd been looking at. While most of them had generally good reviews, there are a lot of untrustworthy reviews on Amazon, so I read deeply into them, and particularly at the most recent reviews. I saw many complaints about fit and finish, and how they may not fit properly in a socket, or how the 3.5mm plug didn't fit right. These fit nice and tight in the audio mixer I bought, and I've had zero connection issues, and zero sound quality issues. I'm extremely happy how this latest project turned out using these adapters.

Top quality adapters.
This product meets the manufacturer's description and performance criteria. In my project studio there is always a need for adapters and the excellent quality of this product will certainly meet the rugged requirements which establish in the studio environment.

Great deal! They last forever.
Nice! No noise. No buzz. Pretty well-made as far as I can tell. I’ve dropped at least a few more than once, another went through a full laundry cycle and they all still work beautifully. The only time I need to order more is when people “accidentally” leave with them or they get lost as things sometimes do. I’ve yet to experience one fail.

You can never have enough of these little adaptors around!!
I like these adaptors that go from 3.5mm to the Headphone standard 1/4" stereo jacks for headphones. My new Headphones use the 3.5mm and normally all previously made audio connections are for 1/4" Stereo. The older and finer sets of AudioPhile headphones always had 1/4" Stereo plugs on them. Today's light smaller headphones have gone to 3.5mm, so this is a great compromise since most stereo equip. has the 1/4" jacks built-in.
