perfect after almost a year

our garage floor was in very bad condition,and always damp because it was so porous and pocked up, i was very concerned after reading so many different articles. but after a ton of prep and waiting for the weather to cooperate in the drying out, we applied the product. now almost a year later it still looks great and is so easy to sweep, or clean with a wet mop or hose. Best thing we every could have done. Highly recommend it, but the prep is the most important step!!! take your time n prep it right, follow the direction, don't take shortcuts

Nice finish - perfect for an undercoat for the Metallic

I used this as an undercoat (so no, I did not use the paint chips) for the RockSolid Metallic product and it turned out great. Not only did it block out the color variations in the concrete but it also made the installation of the Metallic product go smoothly. See my review of the RockSolid Metallic product for more details. Just be sure to apply the final coat within the recommended timelines to ensure that the two coats properly adhere.

Wet and shiny

This stuff worked great and looked excellent on my garage floor. The floor is in an older home that needed quite a bit of clean up. After a couple of hours of scrubbing and cleaning, this product went down smooth and easy. Even after a week of use it still looked shiny and wet. A word of advise, pre-plan on buying cheap brushes and roller covers and then just throw them away once you have finished rolling the paint out. The pinch and throw technique used to distribute the paint chips worked quite well.

Great results but Double the manufacture coverage amount

Stuff is great , take your time make sure your covering evenly , the only problem with this product is it does not live up to the manufacture coverage , it’s way off , you legitimately need double what they tell you to get a professional look and not run out as you go , if it’s a 2 car kit you will need 2 kits

Great looking, and didn't need the antiskid as I broadcast an 2 extra boxes of chips I bought aside from the ones included. Nice effect and the chips provide a sort of ant skid and it can be slippery when wet but shouldn't run thru the garage anyhow. The box says it covers 200-250 square feet and I needed it to do 220 sq ft and it just did that with none to spare so measure and buy correct amount. I applied thinly too as I was worried about running out, so in a couple places I can see the old dark floor shows thru slightly, but not real obvious or bad. I used 2 boxes to do a double garage of 440 sq ft and just just made it with none to spare at the end.
