I really like simplehuman products. They are well made and come with a very good warranty. The installation of the item is simple and straightforward. There is a screw at the top of the caddy where the loop is, unscrew and mount it on the shower head. The caddy also comes with two clear stick-on plastic circles, which for me was excellent! Reason being, the suctions cups on the caddy were spaced in a way that they fell on the connection between tiles. I just placed the clear stick-on plastic circles on the tile and placed the suction on top, and the caddy does not move.

I’m really happy with these. I have one in each shower and they’re great for my particular issues that made normal shower caddies problematic. I have a removable shower head AND build in soap dishes that are too close to where normal caddies hang. This works for both of those issues and it is really sturdy and fantastic. In one shower we have textured tile and the enclosed adhesive tabs work well for that shower. In the other shower those aren’t needed: the suction works well too! I’m so happy to have these now... I’ve been going crazy with the variety of cheap solutions I’ve tried to employ. Spend the money: soooo worth it!

This is a very well designed and constructed item. The shelves are perfectly sized and adjustable to accommodate numerous bottles and jars of varying dimensions, and there are plenty of hooks to hang washcloths and brushes. The hanger that attaches to the shower head screws tight to ensure a snug fit so the caddy stays in place and never tilts. The soap dish is removable so it can get rinsed out separately to prevent melted soap build-up. And kudos to the person who thought to include the little opening in the shelf for near-empty bottles to be turned upside down securely so no drop of shampoo or shower gel is wasted. I've had this caddy for 5 months and have seen no signs of corrosion unlike caddies made of aluminum and/or covered with plastic. This is a quality product and should see many years of use.

I have had this for a month now, in hot humid wet Florida, and it shows no sign of rust. Others I have bought have begun to rust within one week. I have had to throw them away after 6 months of looking at the disgusting things. This one is worth paying extra for it. THINGS to NOTE: 1) You need a small good Philips head screw driver. 2) You have to use your head (think). There are no instructions, so you have to figure out from SIMPLE diagrams how to turn dials to adjust shelves. I did have to email the company to find out how to hang the thing on the shower neck; they responded within a few hours. Then , I loosened the wrong screw, which was my fault, because I was in a hurry and not THINKING. 3) I did not need the suction cups that are provided. My tile is not smooth, and I worried that because suction cups are provided, I would have a problem. But I did not. It hangs perfectly. 4) The shower caddy height can be adjusted. My shower has a faucet 24" lower than the shower neck. I was worried that the height of the caddy was not going to fit my shower. At first I thought the minimum vertical extension would still be too tall to fit my shower (not enough clearance), but no, it fit. I hope I am making myself clear. The manufacturer should add the minimum and maximum extension heights, I think. 5) I have a hand held shower head, and this creates some problem with the cable getting in the way of the shelves. However, I adjusted the shelves to make room for the cable, and all in all, I can get used to the cable being in the way a little bit. Highly recommended.

This is a perfect caddy. I also have the over the shower-head version, which I have had for many years. That one is still perfect (no rust, peeling or anything, looks just like new), but it doesn't play well with my new shower head that has a hose. So, I switched to one that goes over the door (I put it over one of the walls of my glass shower, not the door). It's the same design as my other one and holds everything I need perfectly. I have several liter bottles of shampoo/conditioner, soaps, other shampoos/conditioner, razor, a squeegee, and my bath puff on this. Keeps everything organized and off the floor :)

I'm not going to lie, it pained me to spend this kind of money on a shower caddy. However, when we decided to remove our glass shower doors, I needed a replacement for the over the door caddy we've been using. I'm only 5'2" tall and our shower head is mounted at 7.5' high, which meant I bought and returned a half dozen shower caddies at local stores, trying to find one where I could actually reach my products. I finally broke down and ordered this caddy, and I wish I had just done so to begin with. The design is incredibly clever and well thought out. In addition to the adjustable height and shelves, which is why I bought it, it had several other thoughtful features that make it really stand out. The place where it hangs from the shower arm is tightened by a screw, preventing it from sliding down the shower arm or falling. The suction cups that hold it to the shower wall rotate, allowing lots of room to position them in the center of tiles instead of across grout lines - and if that's impossible due to tile size, it also comes with adhesive pads that can stick to the tiles and provide a flat surface for the suction. Overall, I am very pleased with this caddy and the initial hesitation over the cost is long gone. It seems like it is built to last and I know it will work just as well in our next home as it does in this one.

After going through a seemingly endless number of shower caddies that rust, fall off the shower head, or can't accommodate taller bottles, here is one that does it all well. It clamps to the shower pipe and with two effective suction cups sticks at its base to the wall (these do not carry weight, but keep it from swaying). Twin wire shelves adjust both side to side and up and down, easily and securely locking in place. Thoughtful touches like holes in the shelving allow for bottles to be inserted top-down as needed and a plastic guide and razor hanger help keep smaller items from being bumped out. There is even a hanging notch at the bottom, easily overlooked, for your loofa or other strung item. And, best of all, it's made lightweight aluminum with plastic trim. No flaking chrome or rust here, ever. Who can get excited over a shower caddy? You will, trust me. A high value item that is worth the premium over the cheap steel ones.

This is the second time I've purchased one of these (though my previous one was an older model that was slightly different). I have a ton of products in my shower, all ranging in sizes, and this is the perfect caddy. Solidly constructed and easy to move the shelves around. I have a handheld shower head and I just tuck the portion that connects to the pipe behind the basket--it doesn't impact how the caddy hangs, nor does it prevent range of motion with the shower head. I highly recommend this.

I absolutely love, love, love this shower caddy. I researched and looked in stores and researched more. I finally made the plunge and bought even though it was a bit pricey. I bought it because its not supposed to rust and that is important to me. I have had it for 3 months now and it has not rusted at all. It stays firmly in place with the way it attaches at the top and bottom and has the suction cup to keep it in place. I have 4 Liter bottles on it plus some other smaller random bottles on it and it doesn't budge. I also love the holes to allow the opening of the shampoo/conditioner to be upside down so its ready when you need it. No more shaking bottles! Love it. You get what you pay for so take the plunge, you wont be sorry..

I recently moved and my shower has absolutely no space for my things (shampoo, conditioner, face cleanser, soap, razor, et al.) unless I put them on my window sill, which would look horrible. I have an earlier version of this at a pied-a-terre my family has in NYC and I've always found it has a great design, so I bought it for my new place. I've always loved that the compartments can be moved vertically and horizontally to customize it to your needs. I've always kep hair products on top, face and body in the middle and soap on soap dish. I really like the new movable divider on the middle shelf as well as the new design for the soap dish, which makes the unit look less cheap (not that it did look cheap before, but it's a nice touch). I also like the change to th loofah holder; it used to be a small metal rod sticking out and its purpose wasn't obvious (for a while I thought it was to push the suction cup onto the wall... maybe it was). I've always loved the razor holders as well - found it to be a great idea when I bought my first one. Recently saw there's an extra-large version of this and might eventually look into it. Right now I'm happy with this one, but I've been using the essentials in the shower - no nice body scrubs or anything that could take up space but would be nice to use once in a while. We'll see.
