I am new to writing reviews, however, I am not new to ordering from Amazon. With that being said, Purple is my favorite color and I have been looking for a good folio for my IPad Air, most of the ones I have used over the years, seem to become flimsy and not sit well while trying to use it. Just to clarify, the previous ones weren't hard cases with a keyboard. I received this folio yesterday and I love the color and I must say, it seems very sturdy and the keyboard is very nice and easy to use. Setting it up was very easy, I am 51 years old and I must admit, all this new technology is trying.. It's sad when your 15 year old Grandson has to teach you how to use your smart car.. Giggle. Anyway, anyone looking for a sturdy folio for an IPad Air, this is a good choice.

Since starting college I always needed my laptop during classes but didn't want to carry my big HP. I was looking to buy a small laptop during black friday but decided to try this for my iPad before I spent $200 on a laptop. This was so worth the less than $20 I spent. I have classmates ask me all the time what kind of laptop I'm using. I highly recommend this. Plus the battery life last for a really long time I got mine about 2 or 3 weeks ago. And I've only charged it once and not because the battery was low but just because I wanted to see how to do it. Apparently the battery can last for 3 months.

It came in a nice fancy box. For the price, this is quite a bargain. I've had this since the summer. My iPad Air 2 fits perfectly. No issues snapping it on. All the holes align to the buttons. And the best part is that it's really sturdy. I take my iPad everywhere and this case keeps it protected. The keyboard is nice and feels comfortable when I type. It makes the iPad look like a mini laptop. The Bluetooth was easy to set up. And the battery is supposed to last years. There is a charger for it when the battery runs out. The only issue I have had is that I got the white one and it does get dirty. But it's my fault for not keeping it clean. But, really, I am 100% pleased with this product. Don't go spending all your money on more expensive alternatives. This case is great quality!

I am well pleased with the ZAGG case for my iPad. It is light weight, yet sturdy. I highly recommend the ZAGG case as a productivity enhancement; it frees up the screen's "real estate" to have a seperate keyboard. The Bluetooth connectivity is seamless, simple to activate, separate charging cord (comes with ZAGG), product literature says keyboard battery stays charged for 3months-> that has been my experience. I use my iPad 4hrs/day opening & closing case throughout. The 1st case I had wore out after 18months use, not the keyboard function, the hinge function. Two bits of advice: 1] dont assume the ZAGG is an amormed case; it will provide some protection for your iPad-> but if you drop it from shoulder height & it lands on edge, the screen may crack. 2] I learned the hard way that the ZAGG for iPad Air2, didnt quite fit my iPad Air, even though dimensions are similar (slightest diference in port window cutouts and tinyest difference in screen thickness: Air2 is just tad thicker).

I have had this item for five months now and have used it everyday. In fact I am typing on it now. I have not once removed it from my ipad. Very durable (i have dropped it on hard floors a couple of times. Oops!) Great bluetooth function, no delay in finding signal or typing delay. Lightweight, I am comfortable carrying it around in my bag. The battery lasts so long I don't even know where the charging cable is. I highly recommend this product.

This case by ZAGG for an iPad Mini 4 is a good product in my experience--I have one and my son has one too. The folio is solid and well designed. I like it a lot, but there is no getting around the size of the Mini 4 that determines the size of the case and keyboard. The keyboard for this ZAGG case is small in comparison with a standard keyboard, but that is just the way it is, just the way it has to be for the product to be what it is and to do what is does. With some thoughtful practice it is possible to get pretty good at typing on the folio's small keyboard. I'm glad I have this case with its keyboard. The ZAGG case and the iPad Mini 4 interface well, and the user gains access to keyboard commands that would have to be executed more elaborately if there were no bluetooth keyboard. The folio is also good protection for the iPad Mini 4. And, it holds a charge for an amazing length of time. Over the past several months, I have carried this ZAGG folio case with me around the US and over Africa as the basic cover for my Mini 4. I never experienced any problem. Moreover, it a steal at the price.

This is the fourth type of keyboard case I've bought for my iPad, and I love it so much! The keyboard is smooth and easy like butter. It connects exactly like it should. The case fits perfectly, and I love how it looks. I love that it's purple! The case feels sturdy and safe for my iPad. It actually feels like I have a small, sleek laptop now. This keyboard case really is everything I hoped it would be. I saw some other reviews complaining about the holes for the camera, speakers, buttons, etc., being in the wrong places. I think those people must have bought the wrong version for their iPad. I have an iPad Air, and I bought an iPad Air case, and it's perfect.

This is the second iPad that I have ordered this product for and both are still being used to date. If you are one like me that does not like the on-screen keyboard, you will enjoy having this product. It has a great feel and only adds about 1/2" thickness to your Pad. When ordering, make sure you specify your exact model number as they are made to fit a specific iPad. The keyboard hold holds it's charge for a very long time as compared to their iPad. If you have to charge your iPad twice a week, expect to only have to charge the keyboard every 2 or 3 weeks. You will enjoy this purchase and recommend it to others just as I have.

Does the job. I adore having a tiny laptop. Had a pricier Zagg, made even pricier by stupidly buying it from the Verizon store, but eventually the magnetic hinges broke. This cost 110 bucks less and I like it better. VERY comfortable keyboard. Prefer it to any laptop I’ve used. Can actually work with it on your lap and not get ‘toasted knee syndrome’ because the keyboard doesn’t produce heat. And you can download Word onto your iPad, generate text, send it to a Bluetooth printer or send it to the Cloud and print it out from there. Who needs a bulky, heavy laptop?

My old Zagg did the split and now is in 2 pieces. Tried calling Zagg for warranty replacement and can only leave voicemails all day and no call back. So much for lifetime warranty... Still like their design and saw the discounted price on Amazon... the keyboard does not light up like the old one but I don't use it in the dark anyway so not a must have. Arrived and it looked much better than the old all black and scuffed one, switched it over, paired it and voila ...we are back in action. Loved that it auto turns on when you start typing and the battery is holding out for weeks so far it seems. Forget the lighted kb that shortens the battery life. this is the way to go!
