MY FAV - Softest and BEST-TASTING I have tried so far
I get dried apricots because, sure, like the taste and a nice snack, but my yearly blood test showed I had LOW potassium levels and found most people don't get enough. One needs about 4,700 mg a day. A banana is less than 500 mg. So the banana a day, not really working. I read DRIED apricots were one of the foods highest in potassium, so I incorporate them in my diet with other high potassium foods. I have tried at least four different brands of dried apricots. THESE are my fav so far. Some brands seem to have a METAL, "TINNY" aftertaste to me and these don't, but I realize taste buds vary. They are so moist and fresh and as long as they stay they way and are affordable, I feel no need to try any other brands.

Soft, plump, chewy, sweet, with a tasty tartness.
Since I can't find dried apricots at my local grocery store any longer, I bought the Anna and Sarah Dried Turkish Apricots in Resalable Bag, 2 Lbs, hoping they wouldn't suck. I mean, be too hard to even bite through. I was pleasantly surprised. Soft, plump, chewy, sweet with a tasty tartness. They're so good. I chop them up and use them in place of raisins in breakfast bars, granola, and cookies. And I just like to eat them. They make great snacks by themselves.

Yummy Turkish Apricots
Was disappointed when the local big-box store quit carrying their luscious orange-colored Turkish Apricots, replacing them with brown/black colored unsulphured apricots with a totally different flavor. Tracked down "Anna and Sarah" Turkish Apricots, ordered a two pound bag and was promptly shipped a heavy plastic zip lock bag of delicious orange colored apricots. Though not quite as moist as what I was used to, these were certainly a very acceptable replacement.

Great!
I bought them for my husband. After having ordered the dried apricots, they came to me very fast, which was great for me since he was teaching over the summer and quickly realized that he needed some healthy snack between classes. As a matter of fact, he was teaching two very long classes each day and had just ten minute break to refresh himself. So, he usually had a cup of tea with 7 or 8 apricots and, according to him, that energized him well enough for two more hours of talking in front of students. Frankly speaking, we've been trying to be very careful with what we eat during past couple of years and my first attempt was to try the dried apricots from local stores but it was a disaster for us since they were either unnaturally sweetened or filled with lot's of chemicals that neither of us wanted to consume. Then I kept looking for such products online and at some point I recalled that we had a very nice experience with dried fruits from Anna and Sarah before. So, this time I've decided to get the dried apricots from Anna and Sarah. As it turned out my choice was very wise and the quality of the product I got was really great: the dried apricots were fresh and had a very natural sweet taste. If you are a healthy eater or just enjoy dried apricots I strongly recommend to at least try the dried apricots from Anna and Sarah.

THIS IS WHAT AN APRICOT SHOULD LOOK LIKE
I ORDERED APRICOTS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY ARE GOING BACK. ANN AND SARAH'S BRAND IS WHAT APRICOTS SHOULD LOOK LIKE. These apricots were a pleasing color, plump and delicious. They were what apricots should taste like. The apricots I sent back from another company were dark brown, tough and had no flavor at all so I can do an honest comparison and these win. The price is pretty steep for one lb but I cut them up and put them in a trail mix of cashews, raisins, papaya, pineapple, and dried cranberry's and banana chips. I'm pretty happy with this purchase but I hope they bring the price down a bit.

Wonderful!
I’m surprised something dried could be so moist, tasty, not-hard-and-chewy, simply delicious. 🤤 These are the best dried apricots I have ever tasted. They do contain an atrocious amount of sugar, since there is no added sugar I suppose it’s all natural fructose? As another reviewer noted, they do cause a rush of a bowel movement (or several) as well as some pretty awful stomach growling, so eat with caution and don’t eat too many at once - hard as that may be to do, they’re really that good.

Highly recommend! Just as described.
I will start off by saying that I don't write a lot of reviews. I have to either really like something, or really dislike something, in order for me to write a review. In this case, I am really impressed with these apricots and had to write about it immediately. I want to make it clear that I have NOT been compensated monetarily or otherwise for my review. I bought and paid for these apricots with my own money and all thoughts are my own. I feel this needs to be said because it is frustrating as a consumer to read misleading reviews on this site when we as consumers are just looking for honest opinions on a product before spending our hard earned cash! I have to admit, even though most of the reviews for this product were favorable, there were quite a few that were not and I was a bit skeptical ordering these. These apricots were sold by TheNewMall and fulfilled by Amazon Prime. The apricots I received from this seller are excellent and just as described. They are plump, flavorful, and quite large. Most of the apricots are larger than a 50 cent piece and a beautiful golden orange color, just like the product image. I have included with this review a picture I took with my phone of the apricots that I received with a quarter for scale. I do A LOT of holiday baking and candy making and I have had lots of different brands of dried fruits over the years. I only believe in buying quality ingredients for baking and candy making and these are quality! They may seem a little pricey but they are so worth the money. I can buy apricots in bulk locally for around $5-$6 a pound but they do not compare to these. These are the best apricots I have had. They are not sticky, nor too sweet. They smell and taste like apricots should. They are plump and tender, not at all leathery or difficult to chew. They will be perfect dipped in chocolate to give as gifts, which is my intended purpose for them. That is, if I don't eat all 3lbs in the next week before Christmas! These arrived very quickly. I ordered them the afternoon of 12/16 and they arrived on my doorstep at 10am 12/17. I highly recommend these Anna and Sarah apricots sold by TheNewMall. They are exactly as described. I couldn't be happier. I also purchased the Anna and Sarah mission figs from TheNewMall too and I am pleased with those too. I will also be writing a review on the figs.

The Best - Period
These are the best apricots. I happen to like apricots, and can go through quite a few. They have that sticky, juicy texture that I love. They would also be perfect chopped up, heated, and put over rice. :-) They are a regular part of my diet. So I sent a bag to my mother. She loves them too, and she is VERY picky. Recently, my wife placed an order through Amazon Pantry, and insisted on ordering another brand of apricots because they were less expensive than these. They were OK, but Anna and Sarah are premium apricots - the real thing, and worth every penny. If you have been to the Med, and had the good stuff, you know what I'm talking about.

Perfect snack.
My boyfriend and I eat a paleo diet and dried apricots are one of our favorite "sweet snacks." We were spending a fortune buying them at the grocery store (not to mention they were only available in 12 oz plastic containers - sorry earth!!) and we weren't thrilled with the consistency of the grocery store brand. Some were dried to the point of leather, others were so mushy it was unpleasant to touch (and chew!). We have bought the 3 lb. bag of Anna and Sarah's several times - we have always been thrilled with the quality. There's always going to be a "range" in consistency but their's is very narrow. Every dried apricot is the perfect mix of chewy, flavorful, and sweet. We have purchased several Anna & Sarah products with similar results. We will continue to order from them whenever possible!

Moist, sweet and flavorful; good for eating and baking.
These dried apricots are among the best I've had. I've tried many different brands from different vendors. I use them as-is for snacks for my husband and me, or chop them up for cooking and baking. Once in a great while I will give each of my dogs one half of an apricot as a natural treat (double checking to make sure there are absolutely no pits in them!) - I call it the "halfricot" - they know what that means and they love them. These apricots are seedless, moist, sweet and flavorful. Most are medium to large-sized. I've bought other brands where most of the apricots were small, dry and flavorless. After purchasing several pounds of Anna & Sarah dried apricots, I've only run into a few that I would say were dry, bland or unusually small. I rarely find even a tiny piece of a pit, which has been a problem with some other brands. I highly recommend these.
