glad i found this thans

I have tried and tested every single gluten free brand, as well as made several homemade. Just in terms of a pre-boxed mix. This is by far the best choice. They are expensive, and need to do something about that, however it is soo worth it. Other brands are either some kind of weird batter, or a tapioca flour which is disgusting. This has the right blend of flours to starches and the subtle touches of honey in the mix make it fantastic. The crust comes our nice and airy and not wet nor dense like the other brands. The raw dough is easy to work with, I use a mini rolling pin and add more flour to the dough then the instructions say and knead the dough to activate the gum and egg. Its just the best thing were going to get until someone figures out how to put the 'gluten' like stretch in to gluten free flours.
