Multi-Purpose!

I am a florist, and used this product to add a unique accent to my glassware. I purchased the "clear", and applied to clear glassware. It gave a gorgeous iridescent sheen, especially in natural light. I kept the glassware in a 35*F cooler for over 36 hours, and then once removed, the glassware began to sweat cold water (as they normally do) & this product remained sealed, easily wiped, & did not budge/bubble. Will adore using this product again in the future!!

Its cheap and it works!

I previously bought template vinyl overlays from a major online vinyl site and after first seeing how their templates did not line up and then trying to install and failing miserably, I decided to just make my own cutouts. It's my first time working with vinyl and it's 28 degrees out today but I think it turned out pretty good. Definitely a learning curve, but for the price, you can keep on trying, no big deal. I didn't do a perfect job, probably will redo when it's warmer because I still have a lot left. I can't imagine the skill it takes to do full headlights, but this vinyl rocks.

Works Just as advertised

Product works perfect. Make sure you use a heat gun. Use as little water as possible when applying. Looks just like the pictures!

freaking awesome...transparent /chameleon

this stuff is awesome.. it took me 2 trys but at this price you can't go wrong..arrived in a thick cardboard tube.. rolled up nicely inside with NO CREASES OR LINES.. 1st try I used water & dish soap and a hair dryer.. . didn't work well.. the hairdryer didn't do anything.. 2nd try was dry.. just took my time, only peeled the backing off a little at a time..stuck 1 edge, held it taught in 1 hand and slowly rubbed it down taking any air bubbles with it with the other hand.. .no water no heat.. came out perfect..isn't peeling or lifting anywhere.. just be sure to have a big enuf pc to account for any curves..Trimmed it with a razor.. my car is an 04 Acura TL... not too complex of a curve.... I can see others having trouble with dramatic curves... it is mainly a transparent green look with purple mixed in and it changes as the sun hits it. freaking awesome... there is a user pic of a white Kia parked under a basketball hoop.. that's exactly how it looks... ..it is a bit thicker than say vinyl used for lettering etc... definitely not cheap feeling like others say... looks like your car is wearing Oakleys..! I bought a roll of red for my tail lights.. Haven't put it on yet tho.. I'll post pics and/or try to provide help if anybody asks.. just a quick update.. I tried the red on my TL and it didn't work...the tail light was too dramatic of a curve... and now that I think about it, Johnny Law may not have liked it.. cuz even the red film over a red tail light turns different colors of reds and purples.. maybe a law violation..? but anyway, no problems with my headlight film.. still on.. looks great.. no problems

I'm happy and planning next purchase

Great inexpensive products to help customize your vehicle. After reading some reviews wasn't sure I would be happy with the product. I've never tinted my headlights before and decided for $14 for two rolls it was worth a try. I'm super happy with the finished product, I don't feel installation was difficult OR time consuming. I'll be ordering more soon

Good quality film

Good quality film. I have to wait for warmer weather to apply it, but it appears to not be a cheap product. A word of warning. Anyone wanting this fast will be disappointed. I didn't need it fast, so I wasn't worried about shipping time, but it did take about 3.5 weeks for it to arrive. I ordered Dec 9th and it arrived Jan 2nd.

Worked great on my gti!

Looks awesome on my newly polished lenses!not too bad of an install my process- *Start with clean polished lenses(I had too wet sand mine with 3000 grit to make an perfect and buffed them out *wiped them down with alcohol to remove wax and contaminants *cut out the general shape of headlight with 2" extra all around . *sprayed water with a few drops of soap in a spray bottle onto headlights and film to help make removing bubbles easier. *start the squeegee from the center working towards the edges *I used water on the outside of the film to make the squeegee slide better so I could get more pressure on the film without scratching it *used heat gun to pull up and get every parts of the film stretched and smooth free of bubbles *lastly had to remove outside layer of clear film to expose the real layer of film and finished the edges of the headlights Looks great and people ask me about them all the time .

Perfect, cheap alternative to mylar flakes!

This stuff is PERFECT for making a "unicorn skin" or opal effect for crafts or nail art. It's a million times cheaper than buying mylar flakes. You just cut them into little flakes yourself while watching TV or while at work! I work in a call center, so it's perfect. It's actually kind of therapeutic to cut them out. I bought the transparent one and it's has a beautiful iridescent shift from pink to green to yellow, even blue! I'm SO happy with my purchase. I received two rolls and they will last me a lifetime!
