Tough little bags, usually enough for a weekly grocery run, small family that is. Would Recommend.

Love these bags, my wife teases me as per the color but you only have two options, so I went with the orange. I like the bright color as hopefully if I ever drop one I'll notice it on the floor and not leave it behind. I have never needed more than 10 bags on a normal weekly grocery store run (usually the kind of shopping that takes a lot of bags). Pros: Easy to carry all together Washer/Dryer Ready (Dryer - Air Dry only, no heat) Wind Breaker type material I smashed one in between my trunk latch and it did NOT tear, just left a small grease smudge....surprised it didn't tear, still together though. Cons: Kind of pricey Kind of small (but again, haven't needed more than the 10 that I bought) for some people probably Bright ;p Overall I would recommend these bags, and would maybe even buy them for someone as a gift. You could buy the 5 bag and save a few bucks if you just wanted to try them out.

So easy to carry, and strong.

I like the fact that these bags are so compact and easy to carry. I just clip them on my shopping cart until I'm ready to use them. My biggest problem is remembering to take them with me. They are very sturdy, and strong. I can put a gallon of milk along with a few smaller items in one bag and they will not tear. So much easier to carry than plastic or paper which tear. I guess my biggest "like" is how compact and easy to carry these are. After use, you just stuff them back in the bag and you're ready for your next shopping trip. Now just remember to throw them back in the car. Oh, I did receive one set, that I went through when I got them and discovered a small hole. The company sent me another smaller set. I couldn't believe it!. I have purchased these for all my daughters. You can't go wrong and you are saving the environment .

Cute, Durable and Easy to Use

I love these bags!!! They are durable, well made and can hold quite a bit. They are as large as the plastic bags the grocery stores use to carry but they are brilliant colors and made super durable. They are easy to put in and take out the carry case as well! Which was very pleasing (I was afraid they would be a hassle to put back into the case). It comes with a large clip as well which is great for clipping to my purse, baby bag and even to the cart. They are super convenient and I'm going to get more as Christmas gifts. Totally recommend.

Holds over $200 worth of groceries

I've had several of these type of rip stop nylon bags for years. These are heavier duty than most of my others. I love their boxy bottom that help them to stand upright without much fuss. The handles are a bit shorter than some of my others but I don't mind. I usually snap the clip on my purse before entering the grocery store and then to the shopping cart once inside the store. Very handy. The pic I took was at Walmart where I bought $207 worth in groceries. I only used 9.5 bags in this picture!! My 10th bag was in my car, full of items from another store. Very happy with this purchase and considering getting another pod for my husbands vehicle.

WONDERFUL - the end of reusable bag "explosion"

I admit, I hesitated to pull the trigger on these. I have so many free reusable bags lying around...but I got so tired of trying to juggle them in and out of the store, having them spill out of my basket in the store or all over my table at home. I tried doing things like this myself but the bags just come spilling out again all over the place. Finally I decided it was worth it. I ended deciding between these and the chicobags brand and I couldn't be happier that I picked these. Out here in Cali we all have to bring reusable bags now or pay for grocery bags, and this make it SOOO much easier to carry enough to bag up your entire purchase. Plus it's easier on the employees, I can hand it to them and tell them to pull out as many as they need, They don't have to contend with a counter so filled with my bags that they can't even get to my groceries to fill them up! Every single trip to the grocery store someone asks me where I found this. I understand why you might be hesitant....you think you don't NEED it. And it's true that you don't really NEED it, you can get by without it. But I am very glad I bought it; I think it was worth every penny. The quality of both the bags and the pod is very good. The caribiner clip is plastic but I don't foresee it being an issue. And were it to break, it would be cheap and easy to replace. It does not not concern me at all. I gave away most of my other reusable bags (and all the clutter that went with them!)

BagPodz

This was the second (or third) BagPodz set I have ordered and I have recommended it to quite a few people! I am trying to be ecological by reusing bags, but found I would often leave them at home or in the car. My previous bags were also various sized and a pain to deal with in the check out line. These are easy to remember (I leave them in the trunk, but rarely forget them now), attach very nicely to my purse or the grocery cart, and even slide over the bags supports at the store - which makes them easier for the check-out clerks. Other pluses - 5 bags will usually be enough for any regular grocery run, the bags fold back into the "pod" very quickly and easily, they wash well without shrinking or fading and the bright colors make them easy to see so you don't leave anything in the car by mistake.

Reduce Clutter

Like others have said … I was reluctant to pull the trigger. I have so many free bags I have been using for years, and they function (most of them anyway) but until I got these I did not realize how much that trunk full of different size and shape bags was impacting simple daily occurrences. How many times do you have to take the bags OUT of the trunk to fit bigger boxes in, or luggage or anything? No more! These bags are compact and fit right in the wheel well. How many times have your bags taken up so much of your cart that you can’t get the food you want, or you have to constantly rearrange the items in your grocery cart AS you shop? Or you attempt to put them on the bottom just for them to spill all over the place as you, or someone else, trips on them. Sure, it’s comical, but a disorganized mess that wastes time. No More! Just clip the bag on my cart and it is out of the way until I put it on the check-out carousel. And all that said, that is just about the ease of using these compared to everything else. They are strong and durable – they hold a lot, and you can carry a lot in your hand at once. If I had to complain I would have to say I would love to put them over my shoulder but I suspect they would not fit into such a small pouch at that point so that trade off is worth it. I have been using these for a month now and get questions every time! I had the cashier, 2 baggers and a manager talking to me about them at last week’s grocery trip. Every time the bagger pulled another bag out of the pouch she giggled and said she had to get them! Pull the trigger – reduce your clutter while reducing your impact on the environment. You will not regret it!!

A-freaking-mazing bags!!!

Having bought these 3 months ago and being very skeptical, I’m happy to say I’ll be buying another pack for sure. These are absolutely the best made bags I’ve gotten. They’re VERY sturdy, and will support far more than even the paper plastic bag combo. They’ve outperformed every other and become a staple in my every day carry bag. The mesh bag that they come in is really well made and extremely efficient. The whole set is easy to wipe clean if you set a bag down in the dirt or your yogurt cup explodes. Both have happened with these, and you’d never know. I get asked all the time where I got them. Couldn’t ask for a better bag set! Absolutely zero complaints, other than I didn’t buy more!!!

Where have you been all my life? The BagPodz Reusable Grocery Bag and Storage System should get 5 stars because this is the best invention since sliced bread! It's functional and does a great job of keeping my car clean! I don't have a million other types of grocery bags laying around and I can just hang the BagPodz on my grocery cart and not have all my old bags falling out and taking up so much room in the cart. I recommend this to anyone who is so tired of bringing bags to the store that are so bulky, having all those plastic bags hanging around in the house that just take up room, and to anyone who has a OCD thing about their car and no clutter!

Review by Paul's wife: I've been using the .99 cent bags that Trader Joe's sells but always had to designate one of the bags to hold the rest of the bags. That took up space and I always forgot them in the trunk before shopping and they were tricky to clean. BagPodz bags are the perfect answer to my bag issues. They are made of a thicker nylon with Rip Stop, they crumple nicely (to fit into the carry case) and they are plenty big (just about the size of a standard plastic grocery store bag. I was hesitant to get the 5 pack, but so far I've not needed more (I shop for a family of 5). The pouch fits into the pocket of my car door so I don't forget to grab it on my way out of the car into the store and it clips to my purse so I have it after putting the groceries away and it goes back into the car with me. Plus these just get thrown into the washing machine when they're dirty (no more spraying & wiping). Since I bought these, I've not even needed to use the Trader Joe's bags for grocery shopping (oh, they get used for day trips, camping and travel).
