This is by far the best garcinia cambogia I have ever had. I have purchased the scientific brand from Walmart. It is definitely NOT the same as this! Let me explain: When I first bought these, I thought that the price was a little steep, but hey the more you spend the better it is, right? Well, I was absolutely right! With the scientific ones, I had to take 3 capsules every THREE hours. With this one, it's 1 capsule twice a day! I hate taking pills let alone take THREE freakin capsules EVERY three hours! Plus with the other supplement, I was taking additional capsules just to get the same effect that this product. This is by far the best supplement that I have ever bought and I will continue buying this product as long as they are around. This curbs my appetite which is what I want. Really worked to curb my appetite! After one week My tummy started to go down After two weeks , I wasn't hungry like I use to be. After three weeks I'd lost 12 lbs. Took a break but I intend to start up again. Give it a try, it worked for me. I'm now making healthier choices and I feel great !

Works for me.

When i fist started using this i was taking 1 pill 30mins before meals. And it wasnt working. Then i. Changed it up & started taking 2 at a time in the morning and 1 at lunch/dinner. And in 4 days i dropped 7lbs. Since i been taking 2 at a time it has been controlling my cravings and suppressing my appetite. & Thats with very little exercise. Im starting the gym 4-5 days a week and low carb diet and i think it well work even better . i well give an update later.
