Wonderful for inquisitive minds and hands.

I have a toddler grandchild who loves to open latches and use keys so this board is a perfect combination for inquisitive minds. She loves playing with it, opening and closing the latches and doors for long periods of time. Recommended!

Love this toy!

The lock set is great. It was a gift for a two year old. It is one of his favorite toys. The different lock sets helps with his coordination. I have always been completely satisfied with Melissa and Doug toys. I would recommend the toy for any curious child.

Great for waiting rooms

I own a locksmith shop and programming keys can take a while so we have a waiting room. I thought this toy would be perfect for ours and turned out to be true. Kids love fiddling with it and showing their parents how it works!

love love love this puzzle

love love love this puzzle. we got it for my 2.5 year old son who is soooo interested in all things to do with locks, and 4 months later he still plays with it all the time. We have also watched kids as old as 9 play happily with it! great product!!!!

Worth the money

My toddler loves these locks and latches boards. He's add them since Christmas and it keeps his attention for long periods of times as he tries to figure out how the different latches and locks work. These are nicely made and can stand up to a good amount of toddler abuse/wear and tear. If you have a child that likes to figure out things, this would definitely be a great purchase, its worth the money.

Turn your child into a safe cracker

My daughter is 15 months and is going nuts with this thing. I've been hiding fishy crackers inside for her to discover when she's figured out how to open them. Great construction, has nice pictures inside for the child to look at.

One of my son's new favorites

Who doesn't love Melissa and Doug? I have a ton of their products but I have to say that this, and the 'latches' board are two of my favorites. My son loves these more than his other puzzles. We make a little story around each challenge and he feels really accomplishing when he gets them open and excited to close them back up. This will be one of my go-to gifts for young toddlers.

My son loves his latch board! It't not too hard and not too easy. He just turned two a few months ago and I still have to help him sometimes, but he really enjoys it. Don't expect hours of fun, but it is a neat little toy that will help with this fine motor skills!

It has s key lock! What’s cooler when you’re three?!

Super sweet! My grandsons love the lock boards and this more advanced one is perfect for the three year old because it has a key lock! That is like the coolest thing ever to him! Plus the key is attached very well so he can’t lose it!
