Major upgrade!
After reading the reviews I was pretty nervous about purchasing this keyboard but Im so glad I did! For full disclosure I can only compare this to MAC laptop keyboards and I must say the difference is night and day. The keys produce a very satisfying clickity clack and while the mouse is smaller than average it really makes up for it by being fully programmable! When you download the logitech options software you can program gestures into it! What I Mean is that if I hold down the center scroll and swipe up I get mac launch pad, swipe left or right I get horizontal scrolling, and swipe down I get my desktop! This was new to me and I love it! It works great with MAC! Other Tips: For mac users looking trying to figure out how to use the FN Keys such as the Volume up and Down just hold the FN key! Download Logitech options software to program gestures or increase scroll or cursor speed. Windows keys are mapped to MAC CMD keys Caps lock does have a light indicator. 7 degree lift. Major upgrade from standard Mac Keyboard

If you need a wireless keyboard/mouse that just plain work - this is for you!
This is meant for a low-use office computer and has served its purpose quite well thus far. I've read the negative comments and I think I can help clear your mind. Yes, the mouse is relatively small - not a dealbreaker if you've got: smaller hands, normal sized hands, or use the computer in question infrequently. Know what else is small? The USB dongle associated with this! Which makes it a breeze to swap between computers, like in my case a desktop/latptop. Paired instantly, keyboard/mouse had a good response rate off the bat on both my Macbook and PC desktop. This is a simple middle of the road wireless combo set. I would recommend for casual users. Obviously not for gamers or hardcore office desk warriors. If you're in the sweet spot, do yourself a favor spend up a little bit and get a reliable setup like this from a reliable company like logitech.

Great combo at a good price
I'm really enjoying this keyboard and mouse combo. The battery life is excellent, keys are pretty quite and it works in Linux very well. The mouse moves way to fast, but it is an easy fix. From a terminal type: xinput Look for the Logitech mouse and either copy the full name or id number. Now you can see the properties buy typing: xinput list-props ID (use id from previous step). Look for the number for excellaration and you can set it down to -1. xinput set-prop id1 id2 -1 Google "xinput mouse" for more info. This is the manual way to set the mouse speed. You can just go into system settings and use the GUI to adjust the speed. I like my mouse to be slow so I changed to using evdev instead of libinput for better control.

A Great Mouse and Keyboard Combination That won't break the Bank.
I have several Logitech Keyboard and mouse combo units. They all work well but I like this one because the keys have the right feel and the keyboard is a little more compact and easy to place under the monitor. I like the mouse a lot and the feel and action is almost perfect. I bought this unit from Amazon, sight unseen on a special deal and didn't expect much for the lower price but I was pleasantly surprised how well it works. Hopefully, it will provide good service like most of the Logitech products I have bought in the past. My other keyboards are larger with many more keys that are rarely used so this model feels perfect for me. I can't guaranty you will like it like I do but it works great for me. I've enjoyed using the combination well enough to buy a second unit for a different computer. The best way to determine if it's right for you is to try it out. There are so many models made by Logitech that are larger and smaller that choosing the right one can be difficult. I am a two finger typist so it might not be suitable for a touch typist. The mouse is mid sized and feels right for my hand. If you like larger or a smaller mouse, than this model might not match your needs..

For people with large hands, this is for you
I have a small wireless keyboard and mouse from another company. I have discovered that my hands are tooo big for it so I saw this one on-line at a reasonable price. This one is perfect for my big hands and I don't make as many mistakes while typing. It also has features that the small keyboards that I am using doesn't have. I'm in hog heaven. I have a lot of logitech products in my home and I will not cheat on Logitech again for a cheaper keyboard and mouse combo. Logitech, you got me

I would have liked perhaps a small marking (like the ones on the ...
I was skeptical about trying out this keyboard, mostly because it has 1000 less reviews than most other keyboards in the same price range. My personal reasons for picking this up (other than the reasonably low price) was the need for a wireless keyboard with a "full keyboard" feel. The keys are quite large and although there's not much feedback it feels closer to a real keyboard than others I have tried. My biggest knock is the way the F keys are laid out. I'm so used to having a space between every 4 F keys but I was aware of this at the time of purchase (to the point where it was almost a dealbreaker for me) and took a chance on it anyways. The mouse is rather small and this might put some people off. But the mouse itself is a high quality mouse, so that makes up for the size in my book. A lot of online reviews show the bottom of the keyboard as blue, mine came in black (and so did the mouse). One other thing that stood out is the leg stands for height adjustment, they were quite higher than I'm used to and there is no in between. I've had keyboards in the past that have two different tabs for different height measurements but this only had one size. At first it seemed to wobble a bit, and it felt quite high, but after use for a few minutes it felt just right. Again, my biggest knock on this keyboard is the setup of the F keys and the fact that there is no space in between them, so you either have to know where the key is or take a second to look and see what key you're pressing. I would have liked perhaps a small marking (like the ones on the F and J keys) to indicate every fourth F key, that way I can identify the key just by touching it and kind of get my bearings without having to look down. This gets especially difficult in the dark as the keyboard is not lit at all. On a final note, the num lock key not having a lighting indicator isn't much of a problem for me but it is a thing, but it's a minor inconvenience for me, so I don't really see it as a major flaw or a problem.

One of the best keyboard / mice combo kits I have ever used!
One of the best keyboard / mice combo kits I have ever used. I have been a fan of Logitech for many years and used several different models both cheaper and more expensive. The MK345 is right in the sweet spot where it is just the right price, and is still comfortable and truly reliable. I bought one for my home and office, which makes switching between the two a breeze since my setups are the same. My only complaint (and a picky small one at that) is that I have to keep the USB dongle in the front USB slots of my desktop tower at home or else there is a bit of lag in the communication between the keyboard / mouse and my computer. I would say the optimal range is about 2-3 feet and anything over that gets a bit shaky. No problems at the office between my laptop dock and keyboard / mouse as it is right at about 2 feet. Also, I have had the one at the office for about a year, used all day long for 5 days a week, and still have yet to replace the batteries (Duracell) in either device.

Excellent value
For the price (25), it is a really good deal. I have been using it for several weeks and I am quite pleased. The mouse is a bit smaller. And it did feel a little odd at first. However, I grew accustomed to it within a couple days and now it feels natural. I have pretty standard hands - most comfortable in X to XL men’s gloves. There is a caps lock light on the keyboard, but it is not glaring, which is fine by me. These replaced an aging but similar set-up, so I already had USB extender cable for the dongle. I don’t know how well it would have connected from the back of the laptop behind my monitors. I suppose YMMV. This is not super ergonomic or for gaming. It is a basic keyboard and mouse. It does very well for what it is. Honestly, I am about to order a second one to replace a really old keyboard (wired!) on another system.

Perfect for minimalist installation
My son wanted a computer for school work on his bedroom desk, but there isn't a lot of free space there. A wired mouse and keyboard looked very cluttered very quickly, so we looked for decent wireless options. I found some affordable Chinese ones, but my son wanted the ability to game every now and then and the cheap ones had reviews that claimed connection would sometimes die in the middle of use and require reconnect. I found this one and remembered fondly that I used to use Logitech wireless equipment when I was in college and I always had a good experience with them. This model is no different, it handles his school work well and holds up to some light gaming without any noticeable hiccups or disconnects so far. And we can open the desk drawer and drop both the keyboard and mouse in when we are finished so he desk stays clean and uncluttered. I call this combo a win!

Perfect solution for my laptop with terrible, tiny keyboard!
I ordered this because I just bought a laptop with the worst chicklet keyboard you could ever imagine. I have been a speedy touch-typist for over 50 years and just could not adjust to that shrunken keyboard, so I read all the reviews on this and decided to give it to try. I am TOTALLY IN LOVE WITH IT! I like to use my laptop sitting on my bed or on the sofa and right now, have the laptop on the bed, keyboard on my lap and mouse beside me and life is good! It worked instantly -- right out of the box -- just plugged in the repeater into my USB port and the keyboard and mouse worked perfectly - no need to install drivers at all. I am using a Windows 10 laptop. I cannot believe how great it works -- the keys are just like a full-sized keyboard, and there is a light at the top of the keyboard when CAPS LOCK is on. At the bottom of the keyboard there is a nice place to rest my wrists. If you have a laptop with a sub-par keyboard, this keyboard will thrill you. I have not been paid anything nor offered anything for this endorsement. I read the reviews regarding how hard it is to open the battery compartment, and it does look like it would be difficult, but I am hoping I don't have to do it for a few years.
