Very Impressed

I was very surprised when this knife arrived. I thought for $10.00 what could it be but the knife is very attractive, if you like knives like I do. It has a good weight and feels very sturdy in my arthritic hand. My first test was on tomato and it did very well. I like really sharp knives so I had to sharpen this one just little bit. Next was raw chicken breast and again it did a super job. I have been very impressed. As far as rust only time will tell, but I always hand wash and dry my knives.

Incredible

I needed a full size knife so I settled on this one, here is my review .... 1) Full Tang: This knife has a full tang and therefore is of the highest strength at the handle. 2) Blade: The blade is stainless and is well balanced 3) Spine: The spine is thick and strong, perfect for the length of this knife. 4) Bolster: The bolster protects the index finger from the food you are cutting. I wish there were more knives of the same style I could add to make the set complete.

Very Surprised and Pleased!

This is a lot of knife for the money...I really like it! Full tang, nice weight and bolster. Very nicely shaped handle and super comfortable to hold and works fast on the board. Very sharp out of the box... we'll see what happens as it dulls and I put it to the stone to restore the edge. Seems very good for the money as I did not expect to "feel" this kind of quality at this price so I ordered another one!... we'll see! Awesome Value!

Fantastic knife for the price! I can't believe that it worked so well and I'm really glad that I bought 2! I was looking for everyday knives to replace my old dull and chipped danger-knives without dropping a bunch of cash. These are nice and hefty, solidly built and very sharp! I'm extremely pleased!

Excellent Product

Wow!! What can I say about this knife, it's super sharp, giving great precision, its made of excellent material and has a great weight to it. The only drawback I've found has nothing to do with the quality of the product, but just that it doesn't have a sheath or casing. Other than that it's an excellent buy.

We love it!

Very impressed with this knifes quality, weight, balance, and sharpness! BUT, the black plastic sheath easily slides off the knife. I replaced it with another transparent plastic one from an older knife. Other than that, I highly reccommend the actual knife! :D

Terrific knife

I have a brand new set of expensive beautiful knives on a magnetic board sitting on top of my beautiful granite countertop.... however they're so nice I don't want to use them so I ordered this knife because it will cut everything great price and what I really liked about it is that it has the sheath that you can store it in and I can just put it in my drawer where I keep all my other cooking utensils. By 1 you'll be happy. I think I'm going to buy a second one

Great kitchen knives

Great kitchen knives (I bought two)! We like the quality of them! The knife is SHARP! Not a complaint because why would I want to order a dull knife?my It should be sharp! As they say it's more dangerous to have a dull knife. They should be sharpened or honed as all knives need to be to maintain the quality! I've had mine since November and about a few months ago (maybe March) it needed to be honed.

CLASSY KNIFE

This is a beautiful knife that also has an easy to grip handle and cuts through anything with little or no effort. In fact, it's the best knife in my collection! Well worth the money that I paid for this knife.

Sharpens excellent

I have been used to pay much more for chef knives. I have a degree in culinary arts and a fascination with knives. I have been through a lot of them. This knife sharpeners more easily and handles better than my high-priced knives. I will be looking for more Utopia products in the future.
