Convenient and very good.

These were very good. I baked them until crisp. We didn’t use the sauce. My husband considered using cocktail sauce but thought it would have overwhelmed the delicate coconut breading. We split the package and accompanied them with asparagus and baked sweet potatoes. The portion size and the price were just right for two seniors. I am exploring other SeaPak offerings here on Fresh. I love Fresh! The quality of the produce is much better than our grocery stores and the convenience is great. It saves us having to carry them down a flight or up a flight to get to the kitchen.

Grocery alternative to restaurant shrimp

I was happily surprised by how good these are! My package contained about 10 equal sized, fairly sizable butterflied shrimp. I cooked exactly as per the box instructions in the oven. They came out super crunchy, not even one soggy crumb. The shrimp is fairly neutral in taste, definitely not fishy. Properly deveined shrimp with a healthy pink and white color. My only complaint is that the coconut breading itself could be a bit sweeter and stronger tasting. But for a dish at less than half the price an order of restaurant coconut shrimp (which is hard to find), I’ll continue buying these. I did not try the sauce so can’t comment on that.

Surprisingly good

I tried these to see how we would like them. I have bought them several times now. They are really good! The dipping sauce that comes in the box is also really tasty. Very easy to make in the oven.
