• A LINCOLN LOGS CLASSIC, JUST THE WAY YOU REMEMBER IT – Inspired by one of the original LINCOLN LOGS builds, the "Meeting House," this 100th Anniversary Tin will evoke nostalgia in older generations and bring happiness to children. The manual offers three building ideas: a tall tower, two small houses with a bonfire, and a large cabin. Children can follow these guides or mix and match to build their own structures.
  • 111 ALL-WOOD PIECES – The package includes 111 pieces made of real, high-quality maple wood. Each has indentations that can be used to connect it with others. Pieces are included for the roof, roof facade, walls, chimney, porch, fences, bonfire, and bonfire seats.
  • COLORFUL DESIGN – These exquisitely crafted LINCOLN LOGS are beautifully stained, like a true cabin’s finish. Each piece is colored with precision and careful attention to detail to evoke the nostalgia of childhood. Most of the log blocks are stained bright brown. The face of the roof is a muted red, and the rooftops are forest-green.Care- Spot or wipe clean
  • EASY AND QUICK CLEAN-UP – All the pieces can be stored in the set’s collectible tin. The features make clean-up easier, as parents can store it in one container, keeping living spaces and children’s playing areas tidy and organized. The covered tin can be stored after play time for safe keeping.
  • AMERICA’S NATIONAL TOY– Invented in 1916 by John Lloyd Wright, the son of architect Frank Lloyd Wright, LINCOLN LOGS have become America’s National Toy. Beloved by four generations of builders, they provide hours of fun while building a solid foundation in STEAM/STEM subjects.

Our kids range from ages 5-9 and they really love these. That said, they are expensive and you need to buy a lot for them to be worth playing with. This one tin of them isn't enough for them to build a lot with. They are a great toy, but I suggest trying to find some used if you can or slowly building up your collection over time. This tin might be enough to entertain a small child but for older kids you are going to need more.

Remember Jumanji? The Book? It’s a lot like that. Whether you’re finding blocks under your bare feet in the middle of the night or your child leaps off the metal bin to perform acrobatic feats that end with their arm in a sling, you just never know what unspeakable horror it will unleash next.

Sooo happy! When I first opened the box, I thought it was a mistake and Amazon sent a popcorn tin. I was in for a happy surprise though, because I didn’t think it was going to be so big. I love playing with these with my nephew!!

I got this set for my 4.5 year old son, and it was a great buy. The logs are made of solid, durable wood, and he can easily stack them. He still has trouble following the instructions (I have to explain him where each of the logs go), but once I give him directions he has no problems. I did find the basic set to be a little limited (111 logs), so I have also got him the two cottages LINCOLN LOGS - Lake Union Lodge - 88 Pieces - Ages 3+ - Preschool Educational Toy and LINCOLN LOGS - Oak Creek Lodge - 137 Pieces - Ages 3+ Preschool Education Toy. The tin is very big, so I can fit the pieces for the three sets inside it, which is nice for easy storage. I leave a couple of pictures of our constructions. Note that the Pokemon are not included! :)

My wife gave this to me (age 33) as a Christmas present as part of a theme of "things we always wanted as kids but never got", which was fun. They are every bit as amazing as I always thought they would be, and you can use them to build great tunnels for your Lego train that is taking up your entire living room floor.

First off, the thing I liked the most about this product is how it's all wood -- no plastic whatsoever. And the tin scored points with me daughter-in-law. After receiving a plethora birthday party gifts, my two year old grandson stepped over em to play with the logs. Jealousy from the other grandparents was noted and relished. I just wish it was easier to get additional logs without the expense of more tins.

My 5-year old grandson loves this set. The pieces are smoother than they were when I was a kid. Very nice quality. My grandson loves building with these. Took him about 15 minutes to catch on to the concept and he can sit and build one masterpiece after another for hours of entertainment.

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my four year old daughter and she has played none stop with it. I love the tin as she can put the pieces in it after she is done playing and there is room for adding more pieces also. Great buy and great price. Will be purchasing more soon to be able to build more.

I bought this for any of our grandchildren when they visit, a couple of them like to build things. It was great to see that the metal bucket was pretty darn full even after all of the packing material was removed. The logs themselves seem to be the same quality I remember as a child, but I guess wood is wood. One grandson already loves them and was a bit upset when he learned he had to leave them at grandpa's house. Next toy .. little green army men so they have a good reason to build forts.

Awesome toy. Nice to find real wood toys made in the US!! Love that. A classic toy.
