Perfect size for my egg tarts. Used a cookingbrush and added some cooking oil in the form so it doesn't stick to my egg tarts. Came out great first time I made them.

Last night she tried them out and I helped her to make a Philippines desert called puto and they came out great. I agreed with another reviewer that they came in an old ziplock bag but we cleaned them good and my wife was not even thinking about it so it was really for her. The good thing is they are great and because she was so happy to make them. Alot of them! Now we got to get a bigger rice cooker which is where she steamed them from. The steamer only held 4 cups at a time. She wants to get a bigger steamer to speed up the process... LOL...UUgggggh!!
