I just received it and it looks great and works well. I noticed many reviewers said it doesnt remove dry erase markers but I had no problem with it.

Exactly what I wanted

I've been looking for a clapper for several months but didn't want to spend too much or require any specific details. I just wanted something that would help with short films as a hobby. This one feels sturdy and is working out for me great!

Inexpensive white clapper - adds clear audio spikes.

Great small starter clapper board. Adds clear audio spikes on audio tracks so they can be merged with video tracks. Small, white board so I can add descriptions to identify recordings. Will crack break at corners if dropped on solid floors - so don't drop. My fault.

Good and Affortable just use the right markers.

Works perfectly fine just tighten the screws every once in awhile and always use expo brand markers. They seem to come off better. Also don't use Clorox or equivalent wet wipes it leaves a streaking effect.

Well built acrylic production slate for a “ Hollywood” movie making experience

Very helpful for tagging scenes & takes. The clapper is not really necessary as I’m not syncing separate audio as done with film cameras but it’s the joy and nostalgia of directing a production & building your story scene by scene! I’m really enjoying having this product when shooting any production now! Works well with dry eraser pens! Color template could assist with color matching in editing too!
