Great !
Works well with the Intel Compute stick and USB HDD to make a desk top saving computer that can be velcro'd to the backside of the monitor. No problem what so ever in connecting and using this device.

Small, Sleek, Ultra Portable, Very Powerful, Works Flawlessly
I was a little skeptical of this thing when I opened the box, because I didn't realize it was plastic when I bought it. Looks are deceiving (even though the look is very sleek and modern) - I plugged it up into my HP Envy TouchSmart Laptop (which has USB 3.0), and was able to run my 2TB WD Hard Drive, Get files off of my Go Pro camera, transfer files from my PC to my phone, Charge my Kindle and a 20,000mAh power bank (which was running a Power Meter as well). The device's size is pretty small for all the power it packs. To be clear, It also has to be plugged into the wall as well as a USB 3.0 port on your laptop/desktop (This will not perform at full functionality with USB 2.0 ports - make sure your computer has at least one USB 3.0 port before purchasing). It's very light, and very portable. I bought an AmazonBasics Travel Case for Small Electronics and Accessories - from Amazon for $10 and it fits the hub and all it's accessories, with room for more, and makes it very convenient to travel with (which is all I do). Overall, nothing about this device has let me down at all. It performs flawlessly, and If I needed another one for another computer, I would get another one of these.

Works well with Mac OS X
One of the best things about this unit is that it connects mixed-technology USB devices (USB1, USB2, USB3) such that each can run at its maximum rate. Some hubs limit connection speeds to the slowest device that's currently connected. The charging ports are also nice.

Great professional-looking hub
I originally got this for my laptop since I didn't have nearly enough ports. Now that I have a desktop, I still prefer to use this over regular connectors because I can put this elsewhere and have easier access to ports. The two charging ports are nice, I've already offered it to guests multiple times as they're able to charge their device without having it show up on my computer. Best of all, the wall adapter ensures I never run out of power for the USB devices. I don't know the technical details of how it affects the transfer speeds, but I haven't noticed a difference in device usage yet.

Great
Can't say anything about durability as I haven't had it long enough to judge but if looks and feel are any indication then it should last a good long time. I'm using it with a Dell Inspiron 17R and it has done wonders for the clutter on the desk. I now have only the TP-Link plugged in to my laptop and everything else is off to the side and out of the way. No more hassles with having to plug and unplug this, that or the other. I have three drives attached and two charging cables for the cell phones. If there is any lag while using the drives, it hasn't been noticeable. Quite happy with this product.

Easily expand USB positions
New Edition to my docking station. I recently moved to all wireless devices in my office. My current docking station only supports 4 USB ports, so just add an expansion hub and away you go. This unit is particularly interesting because it supports 9 ports, two of which are powered for charging my wireless devices. I use the two powered ports for my rechargeable devices like my Headset and mouse. My keyboard, camera, transmitters, various drives, etc. use the others. Decent quality for the $30 I paid. Easy to use and completely compatible with all of devices. I would recommend to anyone with the need for additional ports.

It works!
Nice item, four USB ports, everything works well. I especially like that it's own USB cord wraps into the item making it easy to pack into my laptop bag. WOO HOO -- no more unplugging one device so that I may use another, I now have plenty of ports. Cannot attest to using it with items that draw a lot of power, but it does control my USB Printer, P-Touch label maker, USB remote keyboards and trackball without any lags whatsoever.

0 hub is priced like a 2
You can never have to many USB slots. This 3.0 hub is priced like a 2.0 hub but it handles faster devices. I have two of them and I use them all the time. They also save wear and tear on your computer's USB ports. I don't know about you but I have a lot more trouble using 3.0 ports verses 2.0 ports. So I like NOT having to plug and unplug devices in my computer slots. It's much easier to plug an unplug into them into the hub slots. Plus if I damage the hub slot it's easy to replace but the computer slot is a different situation. I'd just as soon not wear and/or damage the computer slots.

Works exactly like you'd expect, very well.
I have had the 7 port + 2 charging port USB 3 hub from TP-Link for well over 2 years now, and I figured it was about time to leave a review, after having a great experience with it. I just ordered another one since it works exactly how I wanted. To start with, I have my desktop computer housed in a very well ventilated cabinet which is 10 feet from my monitor/keyboard/mouse/usb-speakers. I wanted a hub I could mount under my desk to literally DO IT ALL. This hub 100% delivered. I have a 10 ft USB 3.0 extension cable on the back side of it, which connects to a USB 3 port in my desktop. On the front, I have my wireless Logitech mouse dongle, my DELL wireless keyboard dongle, my USB speakers an external 2.5" hard drive, typically a flash drive plugged in. Then, to top it off, I typically charge BOTH my iPad Pro and iPhone with the 2 charging ports. Let me tell you, this thing delivers. My iPhone charges as if it were plugged into the 2.4A iPad charger (faster than the small 1A charger that comes with the iPhone). The iPad also charges, even at the same time, and with the same pace as using the dedicated charger it comes with. The mouse and keyboard work flawlessly, I've never had any interruptions or lag. The USB speakers also work perfectly, no noise, no interruptions, just pure clean sound. The hard drive and flash drive never disconnect either. I'm honestly impressed with the amount of devices this thing can handle simultaneously, and it doesn't even get warm. Hence why I just purchased another, and was inspired to leave this review. At this point, I just hope they keep making these, since it fits under the desk so nicely and works great, I would like to be able to buy more in the future for my other desks in my shop when I have that finished.

Helped enable 4-player co-op PC games at party
I recently plugged in 4 XBox controllers plus a mouse and keyboard into this hub, which was plugged into a USB 2.0 port on a nearby home theater PC. All devices performed flawlessly. I had some great 4-player co-op PC game experiences with friends! The hub performs to its full potential when plugged into my USB 3.0 laptop. No problems with it getting excessively warm, malfunctioning ports, or loose connections. Everything worked perfectly. Very happy! Good packaging, performance, and warranty.
