Just what you expect.

Perfect size, deveined, peeled and fresh

The shrimps are perfect size for a quick snack or tossed in salad (such as summer shrimp salad w/watermelon). Not the biggest, but's that okay. What do you expect from 31-40 count per lb? Arrived in a resealable bag with shrimps peeled and deveined (not sure why another reviewer received shrimps with vein). Fantastic with olive oil and oven roasted at 425 degrees for 8 minutes, turning once. Overall, great purchase.
