This set turned out to be really good. It is not often I have the proper drill bit to go with the tap especially for metric taps. I would recommend this set.

Needed a compact set to bring with me when I travel for work. Works perfect for my application. No issues.

Great set at this price. Not what you get with high dollar sets but better quality than expected so a good value for the price

Appears to be of good quality. The included tap sizes should meet my needs, now all I'm waiting for is another bolt to break or seize and the need to re-tap the bolt hole.

Overall a good product the taps and drills look good and sharp and preform the way they should but the one issue I have is that the case itself says nothing on it so to me I can have a hard time trying to find it if you have multiple index's and there all the same color but other then that no issues

Very handy to have both bit and tap together. Works well.

I purchased this drill bit and tap set for a project that required the use of small m2 to m3 screws depending on location. All holes had to be tapped by hand. Material tapped was PVC and stainless steel. I did not lube I just stuck it in there dry and went to town. I suffered no tap breakage and every hole that I tapped was done cleanly and without issue. I tapped a dozen holes. Impressions: Taps appear to be well made. Cut clean threads. Drill bits were sharp and did not dull easily or break (I used a drill press). Storage case is well made for what it is and clearly marked. Taps are still nice and sharp. I have zero regrets about these drill bits and taps. Now I did buy another set of taps of similar size just for the tap handle. One improvement to this set may be too include some sort of a decent quality tap handle to save first time buyers the extra expenses and hassle of finding a good handle that'll hold the smaller taps properly. One tip for first time users.... Well a couple... When using small drill bits use a drill press and go slow don't just try to force the bit through the material. It's not sex and your not 14 so take your time and drill it right. Also use lube, synthetic motor oil works great. Drill in a bit and back it off the hole to clear it out and apply more lube! Make sure your work is held securely because any movement and small bits like to snap due to the forces exerted in directions they shouldn't be. When tapping especially with small taps put the tap into the chuck on your drill press like you would a drill bit and hold firm downward pressure while you turn the chuck spindle BY HAND do NOT try to tap using the motor. Again use lube!!!! Lots of lube when cutting threads. Once you start getting threads go in 1/4-1/3 turn and then back out some to clear the chips and help keep the crud out of the hole. The only thing else I can add is with small drill bits and taps EXPECT to break them!!!! They are fragile due to lack of mass. If you get cockeyed the slightest while turning under pressure... Snap!!! This is part of the deal especially when doing things by hand with small bits and taps. Translation you likely broke it and the tap or drill bit didn't "fail". So keep that in mind and just replace the broken item and move on!!!

Purchased to drill and tap accessories for metric machine tools. These are the most common sizes, quality is solid for the price point. I would purchase again without hesitation.

I purchased these as a starter set for home hobby use. Good quality. Good value.
