This thing is GREAT! I was skeptical of a toy that splashes water, since I have ready plenty of reviews of similar products where the parents complain that the toy doesn't spray the water well, gets clogged, or dies after one or two uses. We've only used this a few times now, but it works great. The submarine sticks to the tub, even when our 2-year-old pulls on it. It pulls the water out of the tub and sprays with a steady stream. And the thing that sticks to the wall is super cute (if the sprayer ever breaks, our kids will have fun just pouring cups of water into the thing stuck to the wall). This was well worth what we paid for it, even if it breaks after a few uses. I can't say enough about how much fun our daughter has with this toy. UPDATE: It's September 2016 and the sprayer on this thing has finally broken. I wish it had lasted a bit longer, but we did get a lot of use out of this thing during the year and a half that it lasted. Both of my kids enjoyed playing with it.

awesome bath toy for toddlers
My 3 year old LOVES this toy. I was a little worried about putting batteries in the tub but it is very secure and we haven't had any issues. This is a water saving dream toy. My son would beg for me to turn on the water for the whole bath time but I just couldn't stand wasting the water. That's why I bought this. And, he loves being able to spray his own "shower" and wash his hair and watch all of the fun little things happen. The googly eyes and the spinning wheels and fountains are mesmerizing to him and he wants to play with it every day. He's started using the sprayer with other bath toys that we already have and now I'm curious about their other bath toys and whether they all work together. I might be trying those out soon too!

my daughter loves the googly eyes
I was looking for a new bath toy and this toy is super cute. pros: 1. stays stuck in place pretty strong 2. googly eyes are funny 3. good quality material 4. gets the job done of keeping my LO busy playing by herself cons: 1. doesn't include the batteries and require some effort and a screwdriver to install them 2. the pouring cup (yellow one on the left side of the sticking element) could be bigger to allow more water to run through it. We solve this by placing a sifting cup on top of that yellow one. Overall it's a great buy, I recommend it.

We got our money's worth.
I think the number one complaint about this toy is its durability. Ours lasted well over one year and I think would still be working today had I not damaged it myself. The battery compartment is tricky (has to be due to being submerged in water) and replacing the batteries is not intuitive. I inadvertently ruined the toy while trying to change the batteries. I should have got the instructions back out instead of manhandling it. We definitely got our money's worth long before it quit working. Even still, I do hate to see so much plastic go to the landfill, as there really is no other use for it. That said - we LOVE the product. Not only is it a fantastic toy, it is a huge helper when trying to rinse the soap from my son's crazy thick hair. Quick and no worries about accidentally getting soap in his eyes. Though meant for toddlers, even my oldest son still enjoyed this at 8 years old on the rare occasion he would take a bath instead of a shower.

This toy is a winner!!
We have a whole bathroom full of toys for our grandchildren and this is the favorite every time. One is 6 yrs old, the other 1 1/2 and they both equally love it. The sprayer has suction cups on the bottom that hold it to the bottom of the tub so as not to "run dry". There's a button on the hand piece you push and hold to turn on or it has a button on the sub you push to put it on continuous spray. When you spray into the other part it makes the eyes go around and other parts turn and all. It's made sturdy imo, we haven't been extra gentle with it and it's still going strong. I will tell you, when the younger one gets it on continuous spray bathtime gets exciting...lol!!! I've gotten drenched more than once!! :) Oh and if you're thinking of using this for like rinsing hair...it'll work but it would be slow going. It sprays hard enough but it's more in a stream than a shower. Hope this helps!! I would buy again definitely.

So perfect
I received the Yookidoo Spin N Sort Spout Pro for my daughter’s 1st birthday, and she absolutely LOVED it for the longest time. Then came the terrible 2s & all of a sudden during bath time she went from running TO the bathtub to running anywhere BUT the bathtub. I took notice that she adored playing with the detachable shower head when I’d be cleaning the tub. So, naturally, I decided I would buy her one of her own in order to bribe her into loving bath time again. IT WORKED LIKE A CHARM! I was originally going to get the Yookidoo Baby Bath Shower Head (which consists of the pump/shower head only) for $27.95. Luckily I continued searching & am very happy I found & purchased this instead. For only ONE DOLLAR MORE this also comes with a water toy that suctions to the side of the tub/wall. Totally worth the extra dollar! Plus, it’s a YELLOW SUBMARINE. C’mon now! Even more perfect!

Helping my toddler become comfortable with the bath
My 18 month old is petrified of the bath. 99'9% of his life we only had a shower, and now we have a bath tub and although he's spent some time in the pool he absolutely hates the bath tub. Like full on meltdown. Screaming, kicking, you name it. He is obsessed with sprinklers so I thought to get a toy that was similar to a sprinkler to try and inspire him to get in the tub. This toy definitely fits the bill. First off it's adorable and has a few different ways you can play with it and be entertained. He LOVES the sprinkler part of it. He's not fully sitting in the bath yet, but he will stand in the tub while i am filling it and happily play with his sprinkler. We aren't there yet but it's a lot better than before!

Great for kids, AMAZING for parents
My almost 3yo loves playing with this. It has made it much easier to convince him to take a bath, and like 1000% easier to rinse his hair and to bathe his baby sister! It produces a gentle spray that even the baby doesn't mind, but strong enough to rinse soap out of their hair easily. It was absolutely worth the money. Even if it were to die within 6 months, I would probably buy another one. It makes life with two littles that much easier.
