I installed this system on my 2017 Challenger SXT Plus and have been very happy with the results. I wanted a bit more than the stock exhaust but nothing over the top loud. This is a nice middle ground. This will give you a nice exhaust note outside and no drone inside. This system is easy to install and had no issues with fit, taking the stock exhaust off was more work than the install of the American Thunder system. As far as more HP, I really can't say the car is faster, my 0-60 runs have been 5.8-6.0 last few runs but I love how she sounds now. Make your Challenger happy with a FM American Thunder exhaust. By far the best mod for your V6 Challenger.

Great sounding exhaust option to beef up your V6 Challenger

I won't lie, it took me a week or so to get used to the exhaust being louder, which I know sounds stupid. Overall though I'm very pleased. I haven't done any timed runs to see what kind of performance difference it made, but it definitely made my Challenger sound like a muscle car should. Really that's what it's all about. I was a bit worried with my car being a V6, that it would sound more like an import than a domestic muscle car. Those fears proved to be misplaced as it's got a good deep bass rumble to it now. I love standing next to it and listening to it idle. If you're looking for a good cat-back system to give your Challenger a bit of a meaner edge, this is it. One last thing, for the best sound pair this with a cold air intake. I've got the Mopar CAI on mine, but I've heard good things about the K&N as well.

I did not know which exhaust system to get for my Challenger V6 SXT and I've always heard great things about Flowmaster for that muscle-car-sound. Easy installation at a muffler shop, and the sound is perfect! Not too agressively loud and annoying, with the awesome muscle car rumble! Recommend it to anyone who wants that cool sound.

Perfect fit all 21/2" pipes we're Mandrel bent.

Purchased for 2019 Challenger GT. Installation took less than 2 hours, came with all necessary band clamps to install. Car sounds great, system isn't to loud, increased HP and throttle response. Nice exhaust system at a reasonable price.

The best upgrade to performance and sound you can do to your 2018 Challenger SXT . It absolutely blows any other system out of the water , you swear they just replaced the engine with 6.2L . It’s breaths and shifts gears much easier ... it takes a solid 30 minuet drive to get used to it.

Excellent exhaust kit

Great system, Everything went together very smooth. Don’t expect it to sound like a V8, but it does have a throaty V6 sound and doesn’t sound like a 4 cylinder. I wish Flowmaster would leave the resonators out of this system.

Totally worth it

Slight drone at 2k and 4K RPM. Somewhat noticeable when cruising on the highway staying in the 1800-2300RPM range. Easy install.

Definitely worth it ! Makes your challenger sound like a challenger ! Trust me you will feel the power thru your exhaust, the sound is like a 8 out of 10 just because it is a 3.6 L it can't go louder,but flowmaster gives you everything

Installation was easy. Everything fit perfectly. I added an Airaid cold air induction at the same time. The sound is perfect for an every day driver. Really wakes up the v6 with a nice growl. Very happy (again) with Flowmaster products.
