Durango was constantly stalling when stopping - this part solved the problem... at least for the last few hours of run time. Don't use it a whole lot but been great so far. I was a bit concerned that most folks fixing the 'erratic idle' and stalling problem needed this to solve the issue - mine was not revving badly as others noted, just stalling... appears to be problem solved... part fitted easily, appears well build.

Exact replacement for idle air control valve on 2002 Dodge 5.2 L V8

Liked that very easy to replace old gunked up and sticking valve, giving misfire error codes on cold starts. Dodge 5.2 L V8. Seems to be working fine now but time will tell. Happy with quality and ease of installation, comes with new screws that seemed loose and not to be correct thread size. Reused old screws with no problems. Happy with seller and purchase.

This made my 1999 Dodge Ram 5.2L run better. The idle is smoother and it may or may not do better driving down the road. I had a truck like this previously and cleaning the IAC and the throttle body made a big difference. This is a pretty common part to replace on the 5.9L and 5.2L Ram trucks.

Fixed my 97 Ram 1500 idle problem. Would have given all 5 stars, but installation is a pain!!! Not the products problem, is Dodge problem! I recommend and will buy again if needed.

Fits 04 Chevy 5.3 with some modification

Fit my 04 Chevy 5.3 but I had to inlarge the mounting holes and reuse the original (smaller) hardware, the provided screws were to large to use on my application.
