I have plantar fasciitis. My physical therapist taught me to tape my feet to prevent flare-ups when I'm going to be on my feet for a long time. I use this tape exclusively. The grid on the back makes it really easy to cut my strips the same each time and the pattern on the front helps me get the right % of stretch in the tape on different parts of my feet. It stays on really well but also comes off painlessly. Sometimes funky glue buildup can happen around the edges but that comes right off with a little soap and warm water.

I am a professor of physical therapy so I have used tons of these products. I have always trusted the TheraBand company to make high quality clinically tested products. This tape is of the usual high quality. It sticks better and lasts through more sweat and showers than the competitors. It also through its pattern helps the novice user to know how much stretch they have put on the tape, which is important depending on the goal of the taping. It is my preferred kinesiology tape, feel assured of the quality.

I've been using this for a while now, and it's worked best for me of 3 brands I've tried. This is the only one that will stick for several days. My PF has never been so happy. (if such a thing can exist) It isn't split in the middle, so it doesn't curl up and get dirty and gross. It isn't precut, so you aren't wasting anything. It has markings on it to help you see how much stretch you are applying to various places.

I originally bought this because of the price, and that it helps you know how much to stretch it by the indicator pattern. It worked very well. Once I became used to the process I bought a more expensive brand to try and although it was ok, this product adhered much better and lasted longer.

As a therapist, I need a reliable, professional grade tape. This is my go-to tape. It is strong enough to withhold 5 days of active wear while also removing with ease off an elderly patient's fragile skin. I use if for stabilization, muscle facilitation, pain reief, edema management and joint support. I appreciate that this brand is often in a full roll rather a precut spool. Precut is so wasteful as I often need large strips or short pieces. Highly recommend this tape!!!

I am a triathlete and rely on Kinesio tape to help with all of myuscle aches and recovery. I have tried pretty much every brand, including the original KT, including the sports serious for more adhesivness. Nothing comes close to TheraBand. I had two strips from my soleous to just below the back of my knee. After two showers a day for a week and over 6,000 yards of swimming in a chlorinated pool, this tape didn't even start loosening at the edges. No more of the premature roll-up at the bottom or top like you get with other tape. I had to work a little to actually get it off but zero pain. It just adheres really well which is what you want. It definitely helped me with a calf strain going into a full Ironman event. I never even thought about my calf. Love the designs as well. Great tape!!

Healing from foot surgery and trying to find something, anything, to easy the pain was a challenge. Therapy started taping my foot. I immediately ordered this tape in various colors (it's what therapy used). Nothing totally eliminated the "discomfort" but this tape went a long way enabling me to walk better. Three and a half months later and I still tape my foot. It feels better. So, yes, I recommend this product.

It worked better (stayed on longer) than the unknown brand Kinesiology tape that my chiropractor used, through showers and wods. Would definitely buy again. The only annoyance, and this is for all tapes I've tried, is that the cotton material doesn't dry quickly after a shower.

Way better than K-Tape as you can see from the print how much you are stretching it. Also didn't leave a skin rash

Sticky, can last 6 days or more, doesn't come off when wet, easy to tell the % of stretching, provides ample support. All these are compared to some other tapes I've used, eg. KT tapes.
