• Heavy duty design
  • Engineered steel composition results in a stronger component
  • Loose or worn chassis parts can lead to premature tire wear
  • Exclusive cover plate protects against contaminants leaking into the bearing surface
  • Patented cover plate design allows for tighter tolerances vs traditional designs for a more durable part

I put this on my 2002 Silverado 2500 HD Duramax four-wheel-drive. Tires are 265. 75. 16, BF good rich all terrain TA. Keio. I wish people who report review and for car parts would put more detail vehicle information. It helps us all out. This was a direct replacement. I couldn’t tell the difference between the stock one in this one. Well, except the stock when I took off was totally shot. I replace the idler arm also, MOOG. I always use MOOG for all my steering parts. On a sidenote, this took almost 4 hours to takeoff and put back on. Had to remove the steering box, three bolts on the frame. Weighed about 30 pounds. Could not get the pool or on the the arm to get it off the steering box. What a nightmare. But I saved about $600 compared to what tire Kingdom wanted! How do use an impact wrench to pull the arm off. Truck drives so much better now. No play in the steering. I did replace the tire rods in her, and outer, about two years ago. And this made the biggest difference. I did not even have to get a wheel alignment. Save me another $130!

Took almost all the slop out of the steering system. Was 'fairly' easy to install. Would have been easier with the correct ball joint separator though.

Unclear how much better the HD version is from the standard. It does come painted. I have a lifted truck with 35" tires so I wanted the most heavy duty part as possible

Very sturdy product feels like it’s built to last

Sturdy and just as good as OEM. Came with castle nut, cotter pin, foam washer and torgue directions unlike idler arm I received.

Moog is better. Dont waste your time and money on cheaper parts. You'll regret it

The correct part number for this application should be K6536hd 4 spline ..

Great quality part that fixed the steering on my truck!

Kind of a b**** to take off and put on my 2006 Silverado 2500. Can’t fit a pitman puller on without pulling the steering gearbox. Great product though tightened up my steering a lot. Highly recommend

This product fits my 2002 2500 HD truck. It has 3 grooves for the connection to the Saginaw steering gear box.
