Worked like a charm. Step 1 cleaned pretty dang easy. I used an RV wash brush and put the mix in a garden pump sprayer. Step 2: i did the same thing...I probably should have followed directions better and moped step 2 in but i just sprayed it on and did 2 coats. HEADS UP! it gets VERY SLICK! EXTREMELY HARD TO WALK ON ONCE DRY! it becomes a sealed glossy coat that is VERY SLICK! worth the price.

Good stuff

Cleaned the roof amazingly. If it weren't 16 yrs old I'm sure it would look brand new. I did two coats of the protectant and now roof is too slick for me to walk on safely, great job.

Grear product, just use a stiffer brush

Very happy with this product. Directions say to use a mop or soft brush to apply the cleaner, but to me it didn't seem to be cleaning that well, so I used a medium stiffness deck brush which got off alot of gunk that was building up on the roof. Would order again

Finally, one that works!

Works a lot better than any one part cleaner/conditioner. My 38' motorhome roof looks like new after a couple hours work. the cleaner took off a years worth of dirt with ease. Then I put 2 coats of the part 2 on and the roof looks like brand new! Seems like I've tried every one on the market until I found this one.I will stick with it.

Good product

Used this cleaner/conditioner on the new trailer before we stored it. The cleaner worked well - and didn't have to use much of it - and the conditioner went on as expected and directed. It could have been a bit thicker so it didn't run as much but it is a good product for those DIY's.

Exceeded my expectations, cleaner really works well

Cleans the roof great better than the competitors stuff that I've used

Cleans the roof great better than the competitors stuff that I've used. I used to use a chemical called biokleen which was a cleaner and a protective together. It didn't seem like it protection of the roof like this stuff does. This stuff leave a protective coating on the roof. Which I know is better than the other stuff.
