... the ball off my hitch so this was a good solution. It looks very nice on the hitch
I don't play to take the ball off my hitch so this was a good solution. It looks very nice on the hitch. Like any hitch pin, it has a bit of play and rattles some, so I put standard garden hose washers on either end to tighten up the gap.

Works like a charm
Love it. Just make sure to keep the cap on while you are using for it. Take it off when you are done. Dirt and water are the enemies of locking trailer hitches. Curt comes correct with this one though...

Great quality and fit
So far so good. It's a locking trailer hitch pin. It does what it advertised. The lock is easy to operate putting the key in and unlocking is smooth. It needs two hands to use bit most locking pins are that way. I haven't had it long but I'll update bit the locking mechanism goes bad.

The low profile sleek design is nice and black to blend in with my receiver is even better! Fits perfectly and the keys turn smoothly. My only wish is the option for a matching coupler lock pair keyed alike. Would have been really nice to have one less key among the 10 I already have for all the various locks for my Airstream.

Works good
I have had this hitch pin only for about a month now but so far I am extremely happy. I got this to replace a much cheaper one from a made in China store that rusted solid in 6 months. This locking pin not only works good but looks good too. I would definitely purchase again.

Very Strong, well-built
Appears very well built, up to class 5 16KLB towing strength. Lock works well. Waterproof cap keeps water out of lock. Anodized coating prevents rust. Well worth the price.

Works great.
People kept taking my hitch off my car at my old apartment complex. Not stealing. Just removing it and leaving everything under my car. Bought this hitch lock and no problems since. Locking it can be a slight hassle because you have to press the parts together tightly but other than that it's been great. Had a heavy rainy season and theres no sign of rust or difficulties with locking and unlocking it.

Works fine, good product
Looks great and the water hose washers make it rattle free. Bought those from amazon for like $4. I don’t normally pull a trailer, but this looks like quality. The keys are plastic but not bad. Having to hold the lock, hold the other side so it doesn’t slide out is a little bit of a pain but nothing to stop me from buying again.

What can I say
Its a hitch pin that is easy to use and hopefully will keep the thieves at bay. As far as the naysayers that say it is hard to unlock because you need two hands due to the whole pin rotating, what is wrong with just putting a slight amount of pressure on the hitch which keeps the pin from turning quite well. This can be done by leaning on the hitch pushing against it with your body or knee any number of things

Works on the WIDE receiver tubes on Tacoma's
Yes, this is long enough to work on a Tacoma with factory hitch. Tried two other models before this one and they were both too short. This one is plenty long enough, and includes the o-ring's to take up the extra gap. At the end of the day, this is still just a deterrent as I'm sure it's easy to pick like any lock that uses this style key, but the overall quality is very good.
