A definite hit

This is perfect for my meticulous-to-a-fault daughter who received this for her 4th birthday. She loves that there's a place to put everything and that there's nice little latches. The color selection is huge and varied and the quality is definitely there for the markers, colored pencils, and crayons. I appreciate that they included a little bit of paper. It's not enough to last, but if you bought this and forgot to get them a coloring book, the paper gives them some room to try out their new coloring utensils on.

Great for Gift-Giving to Those Special Artists!

This case is just want i wanted for my grandbaby, who is 9 and loves arts and crafts. This keeps all of the goodies inside with the locked attache-style case, and the bright colors are just like her-- gorgeous and interesting! There are a lot of pens, markers, colors, and she loves this! Really good quality (Crayola, of course!) and the price is right for this many objects d'art!

Good Starter Set

Very nice set in a very nice usable case. We got this for my 9 year old so she'd have a set to keep away from her brother. She is beyond thrilled with the "briefcase". The markers and crayons are good quality. The color selection is pretty standard so it has everything she needs for her projects and crafts. This set really inspires her inner artist. The briefcase packaging makes her feel so grown up. It has encouraged her to be more organized and responsible with her art supplies.

Great art case for kids

Great art case for the young artist. Purchased for a 10 year old girl and she loves it. Easy to keep everything together and organized as there is a slot of each item. The markers, crayons, and colored pencils all click in to a spot so they don't fall out when carrying. Case holds together with 2 metal clips and the handle makes it easy to haul around. The markers all worked great, and the assortment of colors of crayons was perfect. The colored pencils are shorties, but still work great and for a kids set seem appropriate. Very happy with this purchase.

Makes a great Gift for any beginning little artists.

The case is just as pictured and totally cute especially for a little girl not sure a boy would love it but hey this is 2016 maybe they won't care. This is for a 7 year old little girl who is an artist on the rise. She is gonna absolutely love it. I also got some mix-media paper but I didn't get the kind that is recommended with this, as I am an artist and could tell it was crap . I got the XL Mix media pad 7x10. I know that brand its cost effective but descent paper for the money. I also like that is in a spiral style binding so it lays flat. 7 X 10 should fit easily in any back pack and not be to cumbersome for a small child but enough to really do some serious drawing and coloring.

Try placing small objects on the templates - so cool!

My daughter and I had a blast with this thing, and the best part is we got more and more creative until we were getting totally weird. Sure you can color the templates as explained, but we started placing small objects, toys, keys, fabric, anything on top of each template and it worked. As long as you don't cover the registration corners, you can put anything on top of the dress and suddenly you have a virtual fashion show of designs like gumballs, car keys, little toys, candy, pens and pencils, legos, fingers, coins... we found ourselves running all over the house placing objects on each page and then seeing how it looks as a dress on a model. Make sure you have a compatible device, download the app and spend some time having fun with your kids putting on a virtual fashion show.

A great gift for the little artist in your life!

This Crayola Art kit was purchased for a five-year old girl that LOVES to draw. Of all cases we looked at on Amazon, this one was her favorite! She absolutely loves this case and after four months of almost daily use it is still in great shape. It keeps her busy for hours. The case itself is a beautiful swirl of colors (we ordered the pink case per her request). It easily opens and closes, but the closure is strong and secure. It makes a ā€œsnappingā€ sound ensuring her that it is securely closed. She can easily tote it around by the handle without the fear of it opening. The plastic insert that holds the crayons, pens and pencils is also thick and sturdy. It isnā€™t thin and hollow like some other art kits we have purchased in the past. Everything snaps in tightly so when the case is opened, there isnā€™t a waterfall of art supplies. The pencils, crayons, and pens come in a variety of rich and beautiful colors only Crayola can create. The little pens and pencils are the perfect size for little hands. I am very impressed with this art case. It's the perfect gift for the little artist in your life.

Washable Markers!

Great price and value. Love that the markers are washable!! This was a great gift for my 5 year old daughter who loves art. Great for me because we don't have lose crayons and markers all over the house!! Very pleased with the purchase. The case is very nice and sturdy with metal clips and comes in a cute pink design.

Awesome art set

I love this set. We also have the "boys" themed one (no pinks and purple and unicorns on the case) It has a lot of colors and NO water colors! I've always found the watercolors in art sets to be a waste of space. So I was excited to find one without it.
